We were there for one night before heading home. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. There a lot of restaurant options just 5 to 10 minutes driving.

Staff could not have been nicer. The general condition of the hotel and amenities are better than average. Only minor drawbacks were slightly off property parking that requires going to 5th floor of a shared parking space with an adjacent bank. Breakfast service was very slow so if you’re in a hurry be aware :). However would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel was clean and modern. Queen beds were small and probably doubles. The breakfast is a joke. We waited over an hour both mornings for our meal. Kitchen had one cook and one server to custom make meals for the entire hotel. Parking is also not convenient as you must drive up 5 levels of an empty garage to reach the designated area for the hotel. They also charge you $12/day. Would not recommend walking to Truist Park unless you are in decent shape and armed at night. Would recommend a buffet breakfast and a shuttle to area attractions.

I don’t really like the parking situation. I had a handicapped person with me and I was having to do a lot of of the going to get the car and coming back. To get back to the hotel from the garage you actually have to make a left U-turn back into the hotel area. Really felt like that was unsafe. As close as they are to the ballpark, I think they should’ve had shuttles. And you have to pay for parking I really thought was ridiculous. And then I have to park on the fifth floor was even worse. If I could’ve paid to park on the first or second level that might’ve made a difference.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THIS HOTEL IS NOT CLEAN, NEEDS UPGRADES AND RENOVATIONS! THE RESTROOMS ARE FILTHY. HOUSEKEEPING IS RIDICULOUS! I WAS IN A WORK MEETING AND HAD A LATE CHECKOUT AND THEY BARGED IN THE ROOM TWICE WITHOUT ANNOUNCING THEMSELVES! I EVEN FOUND DRIED UP VOMIT ON THE SIDE OF ONE OF THE BEDS! THERE WAS RUST IN VARIOUS PLACES IN THE SHOWER AND ON THE TOILET, THERE WAS HAIR CAUGHT IN THE TOWELS, THE SHOWER GEL AND SHAMPOO THEY PROVIDE ARE IN NASTY, RUSTY BOTTLES THAT LOOK TO BE 3 OR 5 YEARS OLD. THERE WAS A DRIED UP FOOD STAIN ON THE NIGHTSTAND THAT MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE TO EVEN LAY MY PHONE DOWN! IF YOU ARE A PERSON THAT VALUES CLEANLINESS I WOULD NOT STAY HERE.

Nice place bad parking rude bar staff

This place is clean and comfortable with a rude bar staff who does not know the word Please. We had planned on having a drink and a bite at the bar but the man was so rude just coming on to his shift that we skipped it and went to bed. Real shame cause we generally tip obscenely and decided to opt out of ever staying here again oh P.S. the parking is a block away

I had never stayed at an Even. The positive was location and good bed. The negatives… Parking is on the 4th & 5th story in a deck maybe a hundred yards away that is not attached to hotel. The is not covered access. The hotel is next to an electric substation, so for EMF sensitive people, this isn’t optimal. There was a persistent loud electric hum in my room that hotel staff dismissed.
