Downtown/Midtown "Family ATL CityScape"

Our condo is centrally located in downtown ATL. It was built in 1968 and the building is centrally heated/and cooled. We wanted to offer our 2-bedroom condo that we have tried to make both stylish, homey & family-friendly (I am a mother also). We have a full Kitchen, a private work area/sunroom-- with 2 monitors with a universal docking station (your own connectors may be needed). rooms with charging stations,& ROKU TVs. We love ATL and we want your family to also fall in love with GA. We have I master bedroom with a Queen bed and Roku TV Our second bedroom also has a Queen bed and Roku TV, connected to the sun room/work room with a futon that can fold down to a twin bed. This room is separated by a glass sliding door. The living room has a sofa which can pull out into a double bed. It is an older sofa bed but works great if extra room is needed. Note we are always a message or phone call away. We personally own our unit and manage them ourselves. We also live in them part-time so we work hard to make it home away from home. Our second home is on the outskirts or ATL and we have our smaller downtown condo for when we are working in the city. Downtown Atlanta beside Georgia State University Note our building was built in 1968 and each room has a blower that you can control the airflow. However, the condo building is centrally controlled with the AC and Heat. We provide a space heater and a fireplace if the warmth is not to your comfort. We also provide fans if the condo is not cool enough for your liking.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The condo also includes a washing machine.
