The manual includes the WIFI/internet password, thermostat control instructions, free things to do in the area, local restaurants and more.
The guest entry-code expires at 11:15 AM on check-out day unless the rental host has approved a late check-out. A late check-out may or may not be available at the time of request due to a new guest arrival. The unapproved late check-out fee is $50.00, per hour after 11AM.
