Great location right in the middle of Atlantic Station. Easy walk to restaurants, movie theater, and the seasonal ice skating rink. Nice living space with modern aesthetic and some views of the city from the balcony. Only downside was that some of the towels didn’t seem to be washed, but relatively easy to resolve with the in -unit washer and dryer.

Shops are directly under the apartment. It was very clean. Listing accurate and looked like the pictures. Balcony perfect for "Balcony" activities. Host was adequately responsive.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
The sink reeked of just spoiled food, the water in the entire place just felt dirty and smelt dirty, bed sheets were disgusting, doorknob on balcony was already broken when I got there, stains on the floor everywhere, bathrooms were also dirty, me and everyone else that was with me felt itchy the whole time at the place, the key fob was actually under the door mat instead of the lockbox the host said it was and the only way we were able to get to it was by one the neighbors helping us get to the room, and last but not least one of the blankets had a brown spot which was the last straw and we had left early.
