Several times a year I find myself checking into an older Comfort Suites hotel in various states around the country, and have found that they are usually well maintained. This particular hotel is older but it is nicely maintained, and now under new ownership. I had the chance to meet the new owner on my stay last week and found him to be very proud of this hotel. After seeing my online profile he was interested in my thoughts about his hotel and I was glad to say that I was well pleased in every experience over a 2 night stay. Clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Thanks so much to the staff for their excellent service. Bijar was so helpful and considerate -- what a blessing after a long, strenuous day! I vote for her for employee of the year! Mike and the staff were so kind and willing to be accomodating to a weary traveler!! Thanks so much!
Needs to be updated...management nice but not very helpful...spent most of my relaxing night dealing with TV issues...the TV did not work, then the remote did not work...then only a few of the channels were accessable...not the normal channels you get at every other hotel and I've stayed in many all over the US...will not come back...next door are more hotels to try instead. PATHETIC
I travel a lot and whilst visiting Alpharetta I sought a hotel that was comfortable, clean and not noisy. Comfort Suites At North Point Mall is a great hotel and one I will re-visit in the future. The hotel is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious and there is high-speed internet (average around 40MB) available throughout the hotel for free. The room features a sofa and coffee table as well as an iron and ironing board, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a mini shop in the foyer which is handy for a drink or a bar of chocolate and breakfast is available in the morning which was included in my rate. The hotel is situated next to a Waffle House also if you fancied treating yourself one morning. The staff are great at the hotel, very friendly and wanting to ensure that all guests had the best possible stay. I cannot fault the hotel for the rate paid and I had a very relaxing stay. As I said at the beginning when in Alpharetta next I will re-book this hotel. Good job guys, keep up the good work and good luck with your renovations.
I was planning a 50th birthday for my Husband and decided to call around local hotels in the area. My call was answered by Sohan the front desk manager, Sohan was very professional, excellent customer service, he sold the property very well and explained amenities that would be offered by the hotel, as i had not made my mind up yet as to where I would have this party i asked him about the area hotels of which he gave me back feed back. When I decided to book this property Mike and Sohan were simply great, easy to work, easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a place to hold a party, a meeting or even a hotel room, please consider this hotel. The sleeping rooms are very clean as well
Typical choice hotel- apparently renovated. Carpets are clean, common spaces were very clean. Staff was helpful . The bed was a bit hard but more importantly it was clean. This is close to restaurants, malls, movie theaters as well as local business clients. Prices were the best in the area.
Very disappointed. I stay in Choice hotels all over the SE USA. Obviously had been remolded. Room was not clean. Shower/ tube needed to be washed out before we could use it. No remote fir the TV Not satisfactory.
We stayed here for an event at the Verizon Center, just down the road. Quiet area, with attractions, restaurants, Wal-Mart, etc right down the road. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - our room was clean, quiet and comfortable for 3 people - two nice beds and a pullout couch at a great price. Book with confidence!
Shower and tub had black mold. Nat flies in bathroom...likely feeding off mold. Mattress very well used, had huge sink hole and whole bed made noises everytime you move. Breakfast boring as usual with almost every hotel in ATL. Then there was the interesting amount of women roaming in and around hotel having secret conversations with hotel staff in hallways before they went in elevator....make what you will of that.
We stay in Choice Hotels a good bit, and this was a very typical hotel for this brand. We were very pleased with the location of this hotel. Even though it was on a main road, it felt quiet. It was easy to get to, and parking was plentiful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff were polite. Breakfast was your normal continental plus hot options. I have absolutely no complaints, but nothing stood out as exceptional either. Although, finding nice ice cold, lemon infused water in the hotel lobby on a hot day was a pleasant and welcome surprise. I'd certainly stay here again if we were in the area.
