Not what I thought

Understanding the location is key to where you want to be. You are pretty much in the Hood. It is very small and does not have enough lounging space. The floors were uneven and can cause a safety risk. I wish there was a dishwasher and cleaning supplies. The rooms were ok, but not all TVs worked.

We wanted to like it...but.

There was plenty of rooms for sleeping, but not enough room or furniture to sit the amount of sleeping guests iin the living room and kitchen. All of the kitchen utensils had to be clean because of left over food residue and no dishwasher. There was a serious bug problem by because none of the exterior doors had trimming. We were able to see outside when the doors were closed. The back door downstairs did not have deadbolt, which was a safety concern with having small kids. Some remotes for the TV's did not work and some TVs did not have remotes. The HVAC did not work properly. We were hit during the day and some rooms felt like there was no air at all.
