The room was clean and comfortable. The pool seemed a lot nicer in the pictures. Good location and close to everything. Checking in was a bit frustrating since there was nobody at reception to open the gate or get into the parking lot when we arrived. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Elvis was awesome at the office. Provided great recommendations and was extremely accommodating for the weary travelers. Got us an we’ll check-in and stored our luggage until ready to check-in. He also had good recommendations for our next destination. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were a little concerned when we first walked down the street to the property as narrow streets with lots of graffiti and the door to enter the property was not very attractive. Once inside the hallway was dark. The apartment however was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Elvis in the office in the evenings was very helpful and friendly and gave us a good suggestion for a dinner out. We would have never gone the direction he suggested and were pleasantly surprised when after a short walk we came across a very upscale area of restaurants and stores. In addition to his recommendation we also appreciated the location of the property to the square and the metro station as well as pharmacy and grocery store. we can't remember the name of the lady in the office during the day. She was very nice also. Wish the cubbies where we retrieved our keys had digital pass code rather than the manual number locks where you had to spin the numbers.

Athens one night

Check in was smooth if you read all the instructions beforehand as we went to apartment 7 vs 9. Otherwise once you find the building it’s super clear. The apartment is very well located and super clean. Remember to use the hotel room card to enter the escalator up.

Travellers BEWARE - this listing is VERY deceptive. It was clear from our welcome email that the property was not as it seemed. The elevator was barely big enough to fit one person and their suitcase, let alone 2 people, making a higher floor stay incredibly difficult. As we entered our room, we learned that our water heater would have to be turned on before every shower - and upon usage we quickly found out that it was lukewarm for only 5 minutes. The glasses in our room were still dirty, and our sheets were stained. We reported our concerns to the building attendant and were quickly (and rudely) shut down for help. The sheets were blamed on housekeeping, and in the four days we were there, housekeeping did not come once to replace them. The water heater was blamed on us, when we were following instructions. The staff refused to so much as greet us at entry after we complained, and while the building was claimed to be smoke free, we frequently were hit with cigarette smoke from the building attendants leaning out the front window. While the area it was in was wonderful to walk through, I cannot recommend this hotel less.

Very centrally located. Great selection of bars/restaurants very close by. Metro stop is 1 block away. The only thing wrong was they only give you a top sheet for the bed. No blanket and our bathroom door had a sign not to close it. That should be fixed. Could be akward for some people sharing the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. They sent detailed information several days before my arrival, which was very helpful in my preparation. I arrived in the morning to leave my luggage and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to check-in. The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate my requests. The property is located in the middle of a tourist area, which was convenient for navigating the city

Rooftop terrace with one small section that has a view of the Acropolis. Didn’t love that we were told not to put any toilet paper in the toilet/ had to throw in a small garbage can. Also, need to press button to heat water 30 minutes before showering. The location is amazing! Walking distance to so many places. Affordable . Overall , we had a good stay.

I spent 3 nights here at the beginning of my trip through Greece and I’m so happy that I did! The location is what originally made me come: the building is right in the city center and you can walk to all of the big sites and museums, plus there’s a metro station a few blocks away too. I also loved sitting on the rooftop to look at the acropolis! The staff was very helpful and communicative from before I checked in to after I checked out. Great for the Athens first-timers like myself!

The apartment was perfect for my adult daughter and me. There was a little trouble with the AC unit but they were very apologetic and were working to fix it as quickly as they could. The location could not have been better- we’ll definitely go back!

Nice hot shower once it warmed up! Air conditioning worked well. Thank you for the waters! Could use some rubber bumpers on the door jams so the doors are not so noisy. Could clearly hear the other guests coming and going.

Do not stay there if you are a disabled person!!! Do not stay there if you care about safety requirements like handrails and ease of egress during catastrophic events such as fires!!! Do not stay there if sanitation is important…told not to dispose of used toilet paper down toilets…put in waste basket…oh yeah, they don’t clean your room until you leave… Do not stay there if you expect management to be customer oriented and even discuss other arrangements needed due to the misfit of the property and your basic needs… Do not stay there if you believe management should not make it’s staff scapegoats…they have no power to help…only to apologize…
