Nice place to stay. Clean and friendly staff
PROS: location (proximity to major sites and Metro/central), lovely terrace, comfy couch, heat is excellent, staff is approachable/nice, lots of outlets throughout the space, great security (multiple codes & doors to enter space) CONS--for some: *right next to bars/restaurants that play music quite literally all night (weekends it did not stop until 5 am), I could hear it through closed windows, white noise app, AND ear plugs -- I have stayed in the neighborhood previously, about 3 minute walk away, and it was silent at night there so this was unexpected and inconvenient *the internet was okay (slowed down during my stay, went out several times), luckily I wasn't working but it would have been hard if I had been . . . *no cleaning provided despite an 8 day stay, it would have been nice to have had at least a trash pick-up *shower did not have a good seal so the floor got very wet and slippery--if you want extra towels to help, it's a charge (according to the sign in your room)

It is very unfortunate and sad your review. I remember well that u never mentioned a thing while your stay and we had a beautiful and long conversation in the guest services desk.This seems utterly biased, false, untrue and not inline with the rest of the reviews.
