The beach view was amazing we were right over the palm tree in the pool. Beautiful quiet place and the beach was quiet and beautiful white sand. It was double Red flags when we went and riptide and white caping at least 5 ft. But it was cool to watch. Loved loved the lazy pool and hot tub was my fav. Movie nights were pretty cool too. The ice cream shop is amazing as well. Nothing bad to say about anything in or on this property. Had an amazing time and will return and recommend.

Beautiful property, fantastic location, quiet area, great pool with a lazy river and tropical cocktails available to enhance the mood. Room was very spacious as was the walk in shower. The room was excellent, good working AC, the view was perfect, the balcony was perfect, and the pool was amazing. The only minor complaints were, no safe and the bed was like a slab of concrete. Other than those minor issues the place was fantastic and highly recommended!

Clean room, big for a couple, AC work perfectly. Staff most of them kind. Only at the check in, super fast, but she even explain anything about it. Breakfast only fruit option banana, Extra charges .for..parking and chairs at the beach for third party company.

Property was great but had a terrible experience due to someone pulling the fire alarm at midnight and having to evacuate the building with my 3 year old son and witnessing a lady falling from the stairs as we were evacuating

The beach was awesome as usual,but, we weren't told about the $25 a day parking lot fee and the beds and room was not in comfortable room was not

Friendly staff but room not cleaned

The staff was very friendly. We were there from Monday through Friday and our room did not get cleaned. There were additional towels downstairs so we picked up a couple of extras, so no problem. We will return as we were sure it was just an oversight.

Hotel is still good but cleaning service was not great. We requested trash pick up 4 times but never got it. Parking fee was not known before check in. Carpets in hall are very stained. WiFi was very inconsistent. Cell service was only available in certain spots.

Our stay started out by being greeted with a smile at the front desk at checkin. Room was clean and staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good. One thing the hotel property could do, is add another bank of elevator's.

Property is an average for the brand name advertised. Both courtesy desktops were out of order and never repaired during my stay. Cleaners werent detailed and always in a rush overlooking bedsides.

1. I didn't like that room service was scheduled for every 3 day. 2. We could not get anyone to answer the phone at the from desk after 7:00pm. 3. There was one dog on the our 3rd floor that barked for hours on Sunday 9/21/2025. 4. only two elevators on the property. Had to wait long period to time. Sometimes the only that arrived for our pick up was full. especially in the morning when it was time for cheking in or out.

Not going back.

Stayed 3 nights and had to beg coffee and toilet paper off a maid in the hallway. Never stepped foot in our room the 3 days. Did not expect the bed to be made or more towels but you would have thought they would check to make sure we had enough supplies. Front desk clerks were borderline rude. You had to pay for anything extra including parking and beach service.
