Over all excellent! We booked with VRBO. However, we had to deal with a second party booking manager. We did not gain access to the property on time. However, when VRBO was contacted, they did correct the problem.

All Around Awesome

This condo is perfect for beach time with friends. Probably the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in! We needed nothing! The furniture and the beds were all so comfortable. Perfect location…5 minutes for grocery, restaurants, etc. View was amazing & the highlight was the fireworks show on the Navarre pier. We will be back!!

Amazing!!

We’ve been vacationing in Navarre with our kids for the past 10 years or so, and have stayed in many different buildings and units over the years. While they’ve all been absolutely fine, we’ve never rebooked the same one twice. I just hadn’t found “the one” yet - until I stepped into this one. It was CLEAN, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, incredible view with comfortable balcony furniture (that’s a deal breaker for us), comfortable living room furniture, etc. And we LOVED the locked storage area on the ground floor. Game changer for keeping sand out of the unit. I have a 12 and 9 year old and they’re both already begging me to make sure I book this unit again for Fall Break next year. Hopefully we can make it happen!!

Great vacation stay

Vacation stay was great. Location is close to everything (food, stores, ect) as well as having a beachfront view. Very easy stay and we are sad to have to go. Couldn’t have been better!

We have stayed at the Beach Colony 6-7 times, only place on Navarre we like to stay at. This unit did not disappoint, it was super clean, wonderful master bed and great communication from the leasing company. This is for sure going to be a repeat stay……

loved the angle of the porch and the view, as well as the comfortable patio furniture. Very Nice Condo

This condo was very clean and roomy! It had comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, and comfortable deck seating. We enjoyed our stay! It had hand soap, paper towels, etc. there for you which helps. I only have two small items that weren’t perfect. The kitchen equipment was not great. If you were planning on cooking meals, it could use some improvement. And the master bedroom only has one vent so it was warmer in that bedroom than the rest of the house.

We absolutely loved the condo! Very nice with all the amenities you need. Huge balcony with plenty of seating. Andy D’s restaurant right up the road was very good as well. Will definitely book this condo again in the future.

I had the best sleep in the most comfortable bed! The condo was very clean and updated. The view is gorgeous! Everything was just easy! By far the best accommodations we’ve experienced and the host is beyond 5 star! We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning!
