Situated on a quiet, wooded side street, this charming home offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the UGA campus, just about a mile away. Our cozy home provides ample space with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is nestled on a quiet side street just off Lumpkin St, offering sidewalks all the way to Five Points commercial district, campus, and Historic Downtown. Our open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen and a large screened deck with its cozy sitting area, ideal for enjoying the serene surroundings.

The main floor features a bedroom with a Queen bed, a foyer with a Twin sleeper sofa, a dining room, a half bathroom, and a laundry room for added convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting 2 vanities and a stand-up shower. "What a great family-friendly find! From the fun board games to the nice screened-in porch, this house was perfect for our trip. The location felt very safe and provided easy access to so many activities. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the entire house was very clean. Athens Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for a wedding and it was the best VRBO experience we have ever had! The house was extremely clean and comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children. The small details made all of the difference - a Graco pack-n-play, nice soap, laundry detergent, games, books, plenty of wash cloths and towels, and most importantly comfortable beds! We cooked for almost every meal and had everything we needed! The hosts also left pancake/waffle mix, which was such a fun morning treat for our kids! We hope to stay here again next time we are visiting Athens! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Graduation Perfection!

What an amazing property! Not only is the house beautiful, but stocked with everything you could possibly need! Our family stayed for the weekend to celebrate graduation & everything was perfect. Close to Stegeman Coliseum (Dec. graduation) and walking distance to 5 Points restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better place to rest our heads (in comfortable beds) and gather together to celebrate our daughter. Will be staying here again when we return to Athens!
