1st, when we arrived, we were greeted by the manager who open the door showed us around. He helped with the luggage because the street is narrow, and the taxi driver has to leave.. When we booked online, it said five bedroom. We’re happy as each hour of our kids will have his own bedroom but when we got there, we only got three. They said that they give two people per room. We were a little bit disappointed, so the property manager spoke to the owner and arranged for us to have a fourth one. One of the rooms had AC issues it wasn’t working temperatures were over 90 and we waited for them to come and fix it, but nobody was able to come when we were there and we had to leave to do our stuff. The property is located in a very, very good area at walking distance from everything you have plenty of restaurants and shops around I would say they need more furniture inside. We had nothing to put the luggage on in the bedroom and no dresser. Same thing in the bathroom. You have to put your shampoo and conditioner on the floor. I hope they can fix those issues

In my many visit to Athens, Aerides is the best the cleanest and well maintained property me and my family stayed, but on top of the before mentioned, ownership is always attend to your needs, fast answer to your request and make everything possible you be satisfied, if I return to Athens I will look forward for Aerides stay again without hesitation
