Honey House Kipseli is a comfortable modern renovated 3rd floor, 2 bedroom apartment, stylishly decorated and located in Kipseli. It is a quiet escape from the intense Athenian life. The comfortable spaces offers you moments of calm and relaxation day and night!
Please note that the apartment located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator available.

It accommodates a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area with a sofa that can accommodate a 5th person, that allows for snug evenings in front of the TV and a dining area. Short stay at Honey House Kypseli

Good: The layout and cleanliness of the apartment were as described/pictured. It appeared to us that the apartment had been recently updated with new furniture, cabinets, and general kitchen improvements. Proximity to sights in Athens is a plus, although it's worth noting the neighborhood is older with quite a lot of graffiti on building facades, but that seems to be normal.Quirkiness (can't change, worth noting): The water heater needs to be turned on 30 minutes in advance of taking a shower and only lasts for a few minutes, so no long showers. The instructions in the welcome email for using the water heater were mislabeled, but fortunately the breaker box had "hot water" labeled correctly. Also, there was no instruction for the breaker to turn on for the stove/oven, but we flipped the one breaker that was "off" right next to the hot water heater switch and the stove/oven worked. The unit has a clothes washer, but no dryer, so be prepared to hang clothes to dry (they have a bucket of clips and coat hangers to use).Room for Improvement: The mattress on the queen bed was exceedingly hard, making sleeping for the two average sized adults very uncomfortable (the two twin beds were similarly hard, although the kids slept on the two twin beds and seemed to do fine). The various cabinets in the kitchen and bedrooms did not seem well organized, which indicated that maybe this unit is a new rental and they are still getting organized. There are no wine glasses.
