The hotel is excellent. The view from the rooftop is captivating. Staff were outstanding. Room (suite) was great. Our only complaint was that, on the 1st floor, street noise was intrusive. Obviously this is outside anyone’s control, but it took us a while to be able to sleep Otherwise we have no reservations about recommending you make a resesrvation here.

Great stay

We had the Deluxe suite and it was s beautiful room with an amazing view of the Acropolis. We received champagne in our room upon arrival. The steam shower was great. Very comfortable room. Only complaint was noise grom the above breakfast terrace during their set up in the morning. Not the friendliest staff at the breakfast, but front desk staff were great. Great location, right in the mix of it all.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! From the large room with a huge shower, to the accommodating staff that helped us with directions, dinner recommendations and reservations and local knowledge. The upstairs bar/restaurant was perfect for evening sunset views The spa service was awesome - with Penelope being one of the best therapists We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property

The hotel was in a good location, easy walk to many areas of central Athens. Room was very comfortable as was the bed. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with a magnificent view of the Acropolis.

The staff provided us with towels for the jacuzzi. We went To the rooftop, private use for one hour! Just breath taking, with a spectacular view of the Parthenon.

The Elia Ermou was perfect for our needs and desires. The facility was clean, design and daily upkeep. The staff was consistently pleasant and helpful. The location was wonderful - walking distance to SO many sights and activities - including the Acropolis as well as the Plaka and Syntagma Square.
