Pros: Location was great. Girl I communicated with from the realty team was great but when you are on vacation, last thing you need is to deal with constant nonsense. Cons: The host was nonresponsive. It was the day of my 3pm check-in, at 11:30am, I still did not have any info. You have to communicate with a management company.Cleaner only used water to move dirt from one area of the floor to another. The whole apartment always smelled dirty.The vent cover in the kitchen was missing so a giant hole was open to outside. Had a bee and a few mosquitoes fly in. Had to get a vent cover put on. The guy who did that left the discarded package on the counter. No kitchen towels. They put 1 hand towel from the bathroom to use. Kitchen is so old and simply gross.There were 2 broken chairs in the apartment.The shutters in living room are broken so light comes in at night.The TV pixelates every few seconds so you loose sound and picture. Either HDMI cables need changing or weak signal but TV is unwatchable. Bathroom is so ridiculously old. No shower gel and the small amount of hand soap was thinned out by water. Shower barely fit me and I only weight 120 lbs.The air-conditioning was dripping to the unit below. I was asked to check and empty bucket when it filled up. Uuhh.. no. Fix it. This is not something a guest should do.I would never stay here again.
