Excellent hotel. Book the panorama rooms for an amazing view. Top notch service. Breakfast could be better with a live hot station for omelets, pancakes, French toast but we asked for eggs Benedict and they brought it out. We will be back.

Excellent location. Very posh furnishings. Room had a profound musty smell in the entryway. Room had no available outlets for charging gadgets.

I've stayed at many five star hotels in the US and different parts of Europe. This was absolutely the best hotel experience I could have ever asked for. I stayed here for my honeymoon and the treatment we received made us feel like family.

Location was great staff excellent. Hotel run down and rooms not so great.

Few power outlets other than that it was amazing, the food, the staff, the showers, the bed, especially the view!

Hotel is in great location but it needs an upgrade desperately. Beds are very uncomfortable and showers are inside a tiny tub that’s slippery. The shampoo and hair conditioner they provide are the worst; made my hair feel like ash. I wouldn’t stay again

After looking at 3 rooms we settled in and enjoyed the amazing rooftop bar, restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Can beat the view and location.

Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. Although, our room was a bit small, that is normally to be expected in Europe and it posed no problem for us. The highlight of the hotel is the roof top garden/restaurant/lounge with its fabulous views. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was only a short walk to the Plaka area. Excellent restaurants and historical locations were very close.

I couldn’t chosen a better hotel in Athens. Wonderful people at the hotel and very professional too.

This hotel is very conveniently located to many attractions in Athens. Shopping, archeological sites, museums, metro, and city seeing bus stops are very close. Room was modestly furnished and quiet.

Amazing rooftop bar, excellent breakfast. Room old air conditioner did not work well, stale air. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend to friends.

Lovely hotel experience at all expectation levels.

Comfortable and close to bus station and attractions. Walking distance to shopping.

I reserved a panoramic suite for our 20th anniversary trip to Athens. Prior to arrival I contacted the hotel and asked if possible could we have early check in since we will be traveling from the states. When we checked in they were able to accommodate us at first. We were shown to our room which was NOT a panoramic suite. It was a musty deluxe room; it was the exact room picture that was listed on orbitz under the deluxe room. We went to check in and they told me that all the panoramic rooms were a bit different. I get there might me a few differences but half the size, one small window, and no tub is not a small difference. So were told we would have to wait until 3pm for a room to be available so we did. When we went back to check in at 3pm there was another gentleman there and our first guy was nowhere to be seen. I asked if we could check on our room, we were handed a key and we did not give our name to the new guy. We got our pantomimic room but they made sure they gave us the lowest floor possible.I would stay there again but would stand my ground to get what I paid for

This hotel is in a great location in Plaka across from the park and the Temple of Zeus. Quick walk to Acropolis Museum and Acropolis subway stop. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is great, and good selection of food and drink that you can order from the pool staff. Rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing. Breakfast is up there with an amazing view and a huge selection of food and beverages to pick from. Dinner was pretty pricey compared to most other restaurants around downtown Athens with similar views. Great staff, service, and food if you do happen to eat up there one night. Definitely recommend!
