Recently renovated 1 BR/1BA condo located within 10-15 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and very close to campus and downtown Athens. Off street parking (very unusual for being this close to campus). Spacious, clean and quiet, with our unit 100% available to you during your stay. Includes fully-equipped modern kitchen and new bathroom with walk-in shower. Sleeps four with king bed in spacious bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Includes fast wireless internet and large flat screen television in living room with free streaming tv services (including YouTube TV and Netflix). Also available during your stay is a stackable washer/dryer. First floor condo has back porch overlooking secluded grass lawn area - very quiet, but still close to everything Athens!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
