Grate place to stay for the money. Good location, clean comfortable rooms.

The staff was efficient, friendly, and check-in was quick and painless. The location was VERY convenient, but also quiet so I was very pleased all around. I did not have the opportunity to breakfast with you, but it all smelled wonderful. Thank you for a good travel experience in an otherwise long, trip.

Dirty bed sheets with loose grass and dirt. Shower drain had someone's hair still in it and funny odor in the room. Hotel desk worker was quick and friendly to get us into a new room, but we still had to move all of our stuff. Breakfast coffee was gross and the water wasn't filtered. The eggs were watery and waffle maker was gross. I only ate yogurt and a banana. Left disappointed but I guess I should expect that from a cheaper hotel.

The guy upfront that checked us in was awesome and friendly and easy to get along. We didn't see him but for those 5 minutes and honestly that was enough to leave a good impression!

Had to move rooms due to smell of first. Water in sink had major issues draining. Breakfast was pretty good. Great for a one night stay for sure.

1st time to asheville nc the Biltmore was a remarkable land mark sent 2 days there.the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful .We found a small bar with local preformers that was great it was call tressa downtown jazz and blues very fun time a must see.

There to visit Biltmore. Great location close to Biltmore and easy access to downtown Asheville. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

A very nice place to stay that is close to many great Biltmore Village/downtown Asheville amenities. A visit to cafe CURATE' a must. Great value!

This is within walking distance to Biltmore Village (less than 10 minutes) and downtown Asheville (around 40 minute walk).

The heating / cooling unit was quite loud for sleeping.

Pleasant stay being clean and comfortable would have preferred something closer to be able to walk downtown but for this price was quite acceptable. No complaints.

The location of this hotel is awesome. Nothing wrong with the rooms but nothing special. No hot water at the breakfast bar, that I could find, so that limited my beverage choices. Overall not bad

Was looking for a moderately priced hotel near downtown Asheville and found Baymont. As my title says, it is a very average hotel at a decent price. Hotel was clean/well maintained but nothing special about it. No reason to go back unless they offered some kind of promotion or discount.

Overall good experience. Clean room, comfy bed, good location. Wish breakfast was open a little later than 9:30.

The hotel was more than expected. Staff was great.

If you have business or school in Asheville and need to stay a night or two, I recommend the Baymont because it is minutes from downtown for a fraction of the price. It has an indoor pool and hot tub which we did not use, but it looked heavenly, complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The room was also lovely. This is not a resort so what more do you need when visiting a vibrant town like Asheville? You will not be spending all day at the hotel, after all.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet, well stocked. Attendant for breakfast very conscientious about keeping food supplies full.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and bed comfortable I will be back!

Staff was great and rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect considering we were touring the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville.

This hotel was perfect for the Biltmore village and estates. The room was great and had a private hot tub in it. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. We were able to walk to the shops and not drive far to enjoy the wonders of downtown Asheville.
