We are pet friendly! We charge $25 per dog per night. This fee is usually included in the overall price but occasionally it doesn't calculate right. If that's the case I will let you know and will bill you separately for the pets.



The Space:

Welcome to your elegant Asheville getaway! This spacious, beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for families, groups of friends, and couples seeking a blend of serenity and adventure. Set in an idyllic location, you'll be within a short drive to downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Richmond Hill Park, and the Botanical Gardens. Step inside and find a cozy living room where a queen-size sleeper sofa and large flat-screen TV await. Unwind with a movie or enjoy a fun game night with our provided collection of board games. The bright, open-concept living space flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen stocked with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy delightful meals at the beautiful dining area or venture out onto the covered porch for alfresco dining. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms offer peaceful slumber. The master suite features a plush queen bed, en suite full bathroom, as well as baby amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair. The other two bedrooms, also outfitted with queen beds, share a full bathroom for added convenience. The true charm of this home lies in its outdoor spaces. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the covered porch, or spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire property, including the well-appointed kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces such as the covered porch, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Free parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. For easy entry, the home is equipped with a smart lock providing a seamless self-check-in experience.

Plenty of breweries and a coffee shop within walking distance.



Getting Around:

Car is recommended. Uber and Lyft are available as well and would be a great option to avoid downtown parking. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.

Quick weekend trip to AVL

The property was very nice. We enjoyed how convenient it was to everything we wanted to do the River district and West Asheville! Had some great food at Riverside Rhapsody! It was great to be walking distance, just wish there were sidewalks.

Lovely Gem

The place was perfect for my family. The space was decorated very nicely and it was spotless. The living room with the kitchen layout was perfect allowing a relaxing visit. The beds were very comfortable and the multiple bathrooms were set up with everything you needed. The place had thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

My husband and our two adult children were visiting Asheville a few weeks ago along with our two small dogs. The house on Woodfin was absolutely perfect for our needs. Although we all spent more time away from the house, visiting breweries, hiking, taking e-bike tours and checking out the arts district, the house was a great place to gather and chill. The house is very new, so everything was in tip top shape. the beds were comfortable and house was sufficiently equipped. We didn’t have any meals at the house, so I cannot speak to the kitchen being well equipped. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and the park down the street and the area was very quiet. I would highly recommend Woodfin to anyone looking for an Asheville getaway!
