We placed a reservation to stay 3 nights during the July 4th holiday weekend and received a confirmation. After driving 4 hours we arrived at the hotel and noticed that it was dark in the lobby - only to find out that the hotel was closed. This was very disappointing and we had to find another hotel which was more expensive. The Orbitz customer service team was also not helpful in resolving this issue.

Hotel was close to the airport. Everything was nice and clean.

Very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Plus they offer shuttles to from/to the airport and Metro station

I like the design of the hotel. And the customer service workers are friendly too.

We should have read the fine print but parking was an additional $37/per day and WIFI was not free and was $12 per day

We booked our stay for 2 adults and 3 children, whom are teens. When we arrived, late after a 3-hour drive with a super early morning ahead of us,, the hotel gave us a room with two double beds and no option for a rollaway or sleeping surface for our third child. The front desk claimed that people put three children in a bed all of the time and I should do the same. While I could do something like that if I had toddlers, there’s no way I’d be able to fit my three teens (one of whom is 6’2” tall) sideways in a double bed. They then offered to book me a second room (that II’d have to pay for)

Beautiful. The name gives the impression that tou can see the white house. The other thing it was too far away from the BWI airport.

Amazing staff, location and services- will come again for sure

Very pretty hotel , rooms were a little on the small side but very comfortable

Convenient shuttle service, quiet rooms, comfortable bed A small continental breakfast would have been nice with coffee and tea more easily available

Great customer service and rooms. It was a great experience .

Layover due to missed connecting flight. Restaurant was top notch and desk staff welcoming

A lot of extra charges, we did not know about, the parking, extra charges added to the room, we were never even there in the day. Only came back at night. So we didn't understand the extra charges

I really enjoy the experience but the parking situation is a little complicated since you have to pay for that or leave your car on the street ( hard to find a spot) other than that everything was perfect

We came in for a quick family trip to D.C. The hotel is beautiful and very close to the airport. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We will be back.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel. When we returned for the second night noticed the bed sheets hadn't been changed, called the reception & we were informed its Hotel policy NOT to change the bed sheets until they check out!!!! Seriously disappointed. We asked for sheets & said we would change them ourselves!!!!

Very comfortable, located a good area and a very friendly staff.

I would recommend to anyone who wants the other Renissance hotel is so nice so clean in the customer service was so happy I would recommend it
