Location was nice.
However, we had a few different problems:
1. When we booked a room, we booked a room with 2 separate queen beds and with disability accessible, but the hotel told us they could not accommodate us for this. The reservation clearly said a room with 2 queen beds. The first employee who checked us in, told us that the next day we would be given rooms we paid for, and that he had written detailed notes, but the employee next day was not able to help us either. My son is autistic and my wife has back issues, but they were not able to accommodate us here at all for the room we paid for.
2. The front desk gave us breakfast vouchers as compensation, but unfortunately the vouchers have a very limited selection - like frozen foods and what looked and tasted like stale pastries.
3. Check the photos, the towels had some yellow stuff smeared on it. I think it may have been feces, but we did not investigate it, just threw the towel on the floor and asked for more towels. I wonder, if they just fold towels as is and hang them up again, instead of cleaning them?
