The staff was great and the property was located in a great location. The hot springs on the property were awesome. Dining options can be better, specially for dinner.

It has everything you could want for a fantastic family stay. Great pools, swim up bar, volcano observation point, butterfly sanctuary, leaf ant exhibit, horses, mini zip line, and excellent free breakfast buffet as well as a reasonably priced restaurant. We had a fabulous vacation. Thank you!
The shuttle service to the restaurant and pools was excellent. All the personnel was very pleasant.
We absolutely love this place. The beautiful garden grounds, the amazing views of the volcano, the walking trails, the spacious and clean rooms with excellent air conditioning. Great location with proximity to shops restaurants and tours. Our only regret is that our stay was very short.

Loved the hot springs and swim up pool bar. The souvenir shop was great to have onsite. The grounds are beautiful and so close to the volcano. The volcano observation deck was a real treat as we got lucky enough to see the volcano on the first day. The rest of the time it was cloudy and we would have missed it. The breakfast buffet was nice. Overall a great place for us to stay.
The view from our front porch was amazing and the pools around the property were fantastic! It was even better than the pictures!
Highly recommend. Lots of pool options so we can get some privacy and quiet but the swim up bar is awesome too!
Great pool area and hot springs, which were fun to use and explore. Great and beautiful grounds and location on the side of the Arenal volcano. We did the zip line tour on property and the guide were outstanding and it was a memorable afternoon overall. I would come back....
Amazing views of the volcano, very friendly and helpful staff, great service and facilities. The rooms are a bit tired, at least the one where we stayed - more like a cheap motel room, but we only slept there, because there was so much to do without even leaving the property.

This property was incredibly beautiful. From the multiple hot springs, pools, walking paths with buttery gardens and frog habitats this place will not disappoint. The birds and the landscaping are to die for. I loved this place and plan to go back.
