Stayed here while visiting family in Green Bay (wasn’t able to get a room closer because of Packer’s game). Hotel was great- friendly staff, room was updated and clean, good breakfast. Hotel was about 1/2 hour drive to Green Bay. We didn’t spend much time in Appleton, but hotel was close to stores, restaurants and the mall. Conveniently located, short drive to highway. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

great hotel, solid in all areas, is clean, and rooms are nice and spacious and functional! Best part is the staff, very friendly and engaging - especially at the evening happy hour where Beer and snacks are available - even had a staff member come up and offer to refill our beer! Nice service! This makes this hotel stand out as Outstanding! price is right too - and close to many places you need for a great stay!

This is an absolutely great hotel. Stayed one night before a day of meetings and was pleased with everything. Check in was friendly and fast. The room was clean with updated fixtures and appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator. The bed was so comfortable it was difficult to get up in the morning. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Breakfast featured eggs, waffles, cereals, fruit, bread, and breakfast meats. The dining area was kept spotless. I cannot wait until I am in the area again. This hotel will be my choice. Thanks for a great stay.

Our kids had a blast here! The pool is small, but great for our children ages 9, 5 and 2. The rooms are beautiful with lots of space for kids to play. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of healthy options. The staff is friendly and asked numerous times throughout our stay how our stay was. We would highly recommend this hotel especially if you have children.

I have written many reviews full of accolades and praises for this really wonderful hotel and staff. So, I am again writing another review for this hotel because I feel that all the positive comments I have made over the past several years deserve repeating when a hotel is consistently (over many, many years) a wonderful and fun place to stay. It is a clean, well-maintained hotel with all possible amenities and a terrific staff. The atmosphere is so very friendly and the entire staff including managers, front desk staff, hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance - EVERYONE - is amazing, and does everything possible to assist, accommodate, and meet any requests from the guests. I regard them all as friends, not staff, because that is how they make everyone feel! They always take time to talk, laugh and be friendly to us, while at the same time providing all services anyone could request and going above and beyond to accommodate and assist in every way. As far as the on-site offerings and what the hotel itself provides – that would include everything you could possibly want! It is a Residence Inn, so there is a breakfast every morning (which offers an extreme number of choices, both hot and cold), coffee and ice water are available all day, cookies (warm just made) in the late day, and on several evenings during the week, there is a social hour with varieties of food on those nights. They, of course, have a pool and a whirlpool (which is always clean and well-maintained), a workout room that is well equipped, an outside basketball court, etc. It has an outside patio area where you can grill out, or just be outside with friends and family. Not to mention, it is in walking distance of many restaurants (higher end, casual, and take-out) and is walking distance from the large indoor Fox River shopping mall. All the rooms are equipped with full kitchens, so you can really enjoy down time by cooking and heating up, or just having the refrigerator, etc. to keep your food supplies / snacks on hand throughout your stay. As wonderful as all these amenities, cleanliness, and comfort are, I still feel the need to come back to one of the most important attributes that makes staying there so comfortable and relaxing (even if you are there for business or some “not so relaxed” reason) which is the staff, who call you by name, have conversations with you, are always friendly and sharing, and make it fun to be there – all the while making every effort to meet any request you might have! A great number of the staff members have also been there for many years, again reinforcing the positive and friendly experience exemplified here, as they always welcome us back and make us feel like we are coming home! It is such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere and it makes you want to hang out at the hotel instead of doing what you are actually supposed to be doing! We love it there. What more could you ask for in a hotel besides friendliness, cleanliness, and amenities!

This hotel was fantastic. I checked in ahead of time using Marriott app. I was notified my room was ready 3hrs early so I arrived early. My room key was ready and waiting for me and I was notified that they gave me a complimentary upgrade to the two bedroom suite. The room was great. Very clean and tasteful. With two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen and living area. There was even a personalized note on the desk to enjoy our stay. The pool area and hot tub was also enjoyable. I could not find one thing to complain about if I tried.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was better than most hotel fee buffets Desk help was excellent and friendly. All the staff was helpful and makes you feel welcome. This hotel is my first choice in Appleton for business. Only limitation is lack of options for dining within walking distance

Clean, well kept and awesome service. Clear that although a Marriott this is nothing like the Fairfield down the street which is very tired. Very. And Monday to Wednesday they have a lobby happy hour that is very nice. A new great place to stay in Appleton.

Not sure about all the rooms but mine had a real wood burning fireplace Bought two fire logs from the front desk sat back and enjoyed. What was a real treat was the food on Monday nights. A chicken and bean stew along with a self serve keg of Stella!

My husband and I stayed here on a Friday night. We were very warmly greeted when we came in by a friendly young lady. We were able to check in early which was nice. Our room was super nice and looked like a mini apartment. The pool and hotub were nice as well. We asked later in the night a different lady for options on pizza and she gave us a couple good options. Overall a great hotel and will stay here again.
