This place was amazing. The pictures do not lie. There was room for everyone to have their own space and the barn provided a large gathering rec type space for everyone to come together for games and just a good time to be together. This felt like we were in the country but was very close and convenient to everything needed on College Avenue. THE COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY FAST IF NOT IMMEDIATE AS WE APPROACHED OUR CHECK-IN DAY OR WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to EVERYONE we know.

Had a great stay! We loved the house and the feeling it had. I kind of wished we had known about the construction currently happening on the only road the house is accessible from but it wasn't too much of a detriment.

Family reunion
Beautiful old farm house but poorly maintained on the outside. Simple things like sweeping off the porch and removing debris and dirt from entrances, brushing off outside cushions would certainly be a beginning. Carpet is pretty nasty! Basic spices would be nice and there were not enough dishes, glasses and silverware. Not enough chairs for six people to eat together. This seems strange since it accommodates up to ten people.

This is a beautiful property that is great for families and friends looking to spend time together. The house is beautiful with plenty of seating. The beds are super comfortable! Back Again
This our second stay at the Farmstead. We have a family after Christmas and New Year gathering. The Farmstead makes a great place for us to do so. The house has a nice kitchen with a table, which also serves as a game and card playing table. The bedrooms easily accommodate our needs. The hit is the barn which serves as the main "playing" place. The check-in and check-out process is simple and easy. There were no issues or problems but if there were, help is just a phone call away. It was a great place and stay.
