Ok hotel for a couple of days. Room smelled clean but carpet was stained and dirty. Beds were comfortable and all I. All the room was clean except for carpet. Staff very friendly. Area at nighttime was sketchy. I would not walk alone if you are a solo traveler.

It’s just perfect. Friendly and professional staff, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, clean and have air conditioning which is very important in the summer. I just came back from my trip to Antwerp, got in love with the city. I am definitely coming back and will stay at this hotel.

Very easy to walk to from the station or the underground metro. Shopping very close by and excellent. The shower didnt drain well and flooded the bathroom. Room felt cramped with the sofa bed folded down. But impressed at the good use of space! Breakfast was life being at school, very chaotic and not enough seating.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Antwerp. Staff like Anes and Arthe made my stay comfortable. For the first time I visited the city of Antwerp thus I had many questions about the local attractions and tips. Staff offered tips and were always helpful in everyway. I really appreciate all of your help. The only downside is that the hotel is located at a large plaza with trains, pedestrians, bicyclists and hangouts. It may feel unsafe to you at night, but I didn't experience any noise or disturbance while walking to and fro from the hotel. The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite of the Opera House. It is easy to find.

The staff members were amazing, so friendly and professional! Always greeting with a smile and patience even with grumpy customers. Their various railway options were very confusing but Anas, a staff member, stopped what he was doing and took time to answer my questions, saved me a ton of money on another railway ticket and cleared up all of my confusion that even 5 other people at the ticket office couldn’t answer. Thank you Anas! The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious; mix of fresh, dry and hot foods, not a ton but enough of a variety and freshness— the fresh breads were the best. Rooms were very clean, fresh smelling and sound proof for a peaceful evening - can’t hear next room activities. The hotel provides laundry services but takes a min of 24hrs to get back. So there’s a laundromat within 5min walk from the hotel. Hotel is also within a 5 min walk of a huge shopping area that you could easily get lost in and end up at the downtown market. It’s within 7 min walking distance from the central train station. There’s a parking garage, bicycle rentals, bus stops and underground metro right outside the hotel. A grocery market is right around the corner for fresh fruits, quick on the go meals etc. It’s been the best experience I’ve ever had for my 11 day stay!! I will definitely return here again!

Great place.quiet close to train and tram. Air conditioning was broke and kept turning off when it was 85 outside. It would be fine and then get really hot. The front desk said the repairman was coming later this week. Other than that just fine.
