We stayed at the Aspen for 2 weeks in August. I have been to Turkey for 10 years and I would say regards friendship and help the staff at the Aspen were the best we have experienced. Whilst we were there we were unfortunate to have a motorbike accident. The manager Yilmaz went out of his way to cheer us up and nothing was too much trouble. He offered to change our room to be on the ground floor but we declined as the room we had 204 was fabulous. He made sure our air conditioning was working well and I had ice on tap for my broken foot. The waiting staff always friendly as cleaning staff, room cleaned every day and always a surprise with the towel sculptures! Many nationalities at the aspen but we always managed to have a conversation one way or another. Good location, walking distance to the small beach 5 minutes walk, and the marina. Boat trips daily 100 lira per person for a all day trip. Great day out on boat entertainment with jack sparrow and his girlfriend who got everyone up dancing. Lots of nice restaurants at marina reasonable and good choice. Kaleci the old town had hundreds of restaurants and bars with live music. The gift shops cheaper there than going to new town. Lots to see up new town trams buses to get around. Taxi very reasonable. If you want culture and traditional Turkish resorts unspoilt by British bars with fry up breakfasts you won't be disappointed. Don't bother hiring a motorbike or car you can use local transport and you can take a 30 minute trip by bus to the otogar and go further a field to side or Alana for about 24 lira return.

I was traveling solo and I booked a room here. The hotel is in Kaleici which is the old town, good walking distance to many sights of Antalya. The hotel staff was so friendly, helped me find directions to where I wanted to go and arranged for me to go on a tour to Perge, Aspendos and Side which was a very good choice. I had to leave Antalya suddenly and the hotel staff helped me change my flight online, and arranged transfer to airport last-minute, which was very kind. The breakfast selection is good and also the hotel offers an evening meal for a good price, which I tried which was good. Design of the interior very charming and there is a private pool and lovely seating in a garden. I truly enjoyed my stay, and would go there again if I was to visit Antalya again.

First of all the front office staff was very unhelpful and rude. The rooms very uncomfortable and facilities offer at time of booking became extra charge at arrival . To the extend if you wanted to fill your water bottle from the water dispenser in the dinning room , you were asked to pay. The location of hotel was great , became if you are driving your car, its in in the lanes of the old city, difficult to navigate . The selection of dishes at breakfast was good. We would not go there again

A cosy, clean and very friendly staff with a great location in kaleici the historic town of Antalya. We were 2 adults and 2 children, we booked for a double bed standard room but the hotel staff offered us a family suite for afree. Mermerli beach and Marina is just a stonethrow. I definitly reccomends this hotel to everyone فندق جميل وافطار شهي واصحاب الفندق لطفاء جدا وقريب من الميناء والمدينة القديمة اما الغرف فكلنت نظيفة جدا ومريحة فندق 4 نجوم

We stayed for 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and fantastic location in the heart the old town. Good breakfast and value for money in general. Will come back for more!

Just returned from staying at this hotel for a week with my family. Could not fault the location at all, everything within the city is of walking distance and very close by to the tram link if you want to use it instead of cabs. Could easily get a cab if you did not want to walk the uphill streets. The beach and waterfront just a 3-4 minute walk away. It always felt safe to walk around, plenty of people and shops and restaurants all open until late. The staff including the manager Cuma were just fantastic. They were helpful and gave good advice and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your holiday and would go out of their way to ensure that you did. Any questions we had about what to see or where to go they were happy to answer. Breakfast had a great selection both hot and cold options, was nicely prepared and always fresh. The rooms themselves were what we expected, we had the triple room and a twin room- they were cleaned daily. Enough space for everyone, including storage space. The AC works perfectly fine which was always a welcomed things after being out in the heat. Really good value for money, i would recommend this hotel entirely and would happily go back there again in future.

Great budget hotel and great quality for what you pay! We loved the location, so great for seeing the city-and 3 minute walk from the most amazing private beach in the city Rooms were simple but had all we need, breakfast was good, pool was great-a little busy but we only went for one morning. Wifi good in rooms, would stay at this location again for budget travel in old city.

Just come back from Antalya yesterday. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town and is very chilled and laid back. The rooms are on the small side but you can pay more and have a bigger one I assume. It was fine for my friend and I. Cleaned every day and enough wardrobe space. The pool was lovely and as most of the guests seem to go out every day it didn't become too busy. We had a lovely waiter called Umoot (sorry about spelling) who was very attentive and who seemed to be always on the move doing everything. He was so pleasant and helpful. The other staff were also very helpful. There are loads of restaurants and bars and the prices were fine. The only problem with the hotel was that taxi drivers seemed to have a problem finding it! Would certainly recommend staying here.

The hotel location is ideal since it is at the heart of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the new town. The old town is very beautiful and lively at night. It is defiantly worth exploring and going to the new town as you really get a feel for the tukish culture. Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful and genuinely caring. The hotel is well maintained and our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is fine with a usual range of cereals, cold meats and some hot food too. There was less choice for the evening meal, particularly when the hotel was quiet. B&B is probably the best option since there are so many good and cheap eateries to be discovered. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who made our trip to Antalya unforgettable.

We were looking for a nice quiet friendly hotel. That's exactly what we got! the setting in the old town is lovely, just a short walk to the small but lovely beech and quiet harbour. If you want something livelier in the opposite direction is a bustling area with bars and late night shopping. You can go out of the old town but a lot noisier, fine if that's what you want. The Hotel was charming and the staff friendly, couldn't believe just how quiet it was when we were there? Wasn't too impressed with breakfast and no choice for evening meal, however the meal supplied was very nice. The food in the harbour was lovely and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel and am looking at going back again.
