Das Suite Laguna Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, nah am Strand und an der Altstadt, mit kostenlosem Shuttle zum Strand. Mein Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. WLAN funktionierte zuverlässig, und es gab täglich frisches Wasser sowie Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer. Frühstück und Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich und lecker. Besonders das freundliche Personal, im Restaurant und an der Rezeption, hat meinen Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Der Poolbereich war sauber, Handtücher für Pool und Strand inklusive. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Fazit: Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit toller Lage und freundlichem Service. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen

Service people were nice, particularly the lady named Aybuke and a young man whom we met at reception and they did their best to help us. But every corner of the hotel was the dirtiest I'd ever seen in my life - floor, bathroom, shelves. Looks like food bowls, containers and cups were washed by hand every day - there were spots on everything at breakfast buffet. When we arrived, the trash bins on our floor were literally stinking and were removed only the following day. We stayed here for 3 days and there was a bad smell of trash on our floor every day. This hotel needs to be properly cleaned.

Overall I am pleased, especially with the location. It is close to everything: the beach, the museum, and the old city center, parks and dining. Currently a demolition is going on right across the street, so it is a little noisy. The room is small but clean and has everything. I wish there were chairs at the balcony, but again with the current construction noise the balcony is not very enjoyable. The breakfast was good, although overpriced.

I would suggest labelling the buffet foods with dish names and ingredients. There was no labelling on anything. So, I couldn't try most food as I didn't know what was what. Another funny one is there is no mirror in the rooms. One small mirror in the bathroom is not always enough. staff are great though. They help when help is requested. Rest of the times they can be seen chilling. All the men at the reception were great. The only one lady in the reception made me feel like I was wasting her time! This should not happen when in customer service role. The lady was NOT good

Would Stay Again.

The hotel was in ok condition and I appreciated the small balcony in the standard room. The location was a short walk to coastal views and a quick walk to bus stops that take you to the mountains. Breakfast was enough to start the day. The mattress in room 1401 was a little uncomfortable. However, all staff were friendly.

The overall experience was good. The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful. Food was a bit repetitive but good salad choice. Receptionist was a bit fierce. Lovely swimming pool although a bit near to outside dining space. Comfort !!! The mattress need looking at they are not comfortable, this has been mentioned in previous reviews. I spoke to other guests and they all mentioned the uncomfortable mattresses. They need sorting. Overall a good value for money hotel
