Loved the hotel, its beautiful views, refreshing morning swims at the pier, delicious food, and several themed cafes and bars. Loved the coffee and cakes in the patisserie. Daily wellness centre activities (aerobics, yoga etc.) added another layer of fun and relaxation to my stay. Also had great fun with entertaining afternoon competitions (both sport and non-sport), evening shows at the amphitheatre and parties. The staff made my stay, they were super welcoming, fun and just amazing! I would totally go back.
Employees at front desk were no help at all. They didn't give me the room I ordered and they ripped me off with over 400 dollars! I spoke with the front desk manager and she wasn't helpful at all, then I asked for the general manager and he wasn't helpful either. The bottom line was that they were greedy rip-offs for money and they don't know how to respect the tourists.
If you are looking for a restful holiday, go somewhere else. The noise level here in the off-season is unbearable. What it must be like in summer is too awful to contemplate. Standard rooms are relatively small compared to other Lara Beach hotels and the walls are paper thin, which means that every sound next door or in the hallways seems as if it originates right next to your ears. Because this place is usually less expensive than the other Antalya hotels, it also attracts many families with large numbers of children, whose parents effectively turn them loose in the morning and allow them to run wild indoors with no supervision or control. At times the hotel seems like a madhouse of screaming and shrieking. Add in the bellowing of the adult guests and you get non-stop noise from morning until late at night. Dining choices are at least acceptable and sometimes very good, but no amount of food could make up for the din one must endure. Room noise may be somewhat lower on the highest floors, but that doesn't help when you're in the lobby sitting areas, the restaurant or near the bar. Finally, the hotel offers WiFi only in the lobby, and the bandwidth is so narrow that if two or more people have dragged their laptops down there (which happens most of the day) your connection will slow to a crawl and be rendered almost useless.
