There was a wedding in the hotel so we was not able to sleep as the loud music continued until 1pm. We needed to be moved to another room as we staying overnight for an early flight from Antalya

Lovely property in the old city with pleasant and helpful staff. Only negative is a lot of tour groups stay there and unfortunately include a few obnoxious people who should have chosen to stay home.

Hotel is old and in need of renovation. Some rooms are bigger than others. Our room with nice terrace was small, doors would not properly closed, bad bed linen, horrible pillows, small dirty bathroom with yellow towels which original color should be white. But great location for walking, great breakfast at nearby Restaurant, close to all trendy places and restaurants, park beach and so on. Friendly staff

It really felt like home away from home. Very beautifully decorated, very friendly, professional staff. On arrival, we were greeted with lovely drinks served on a tray with flowers on the tray. It was very clean and nothing was too much for the staff. The location was also brilliant. A 10 minute walk to the marina and a 10 minute walk to the market. Also walking distance to various tourist attractions. Will definitely visit again and stay at Tuvana main building. Only down side was the bathroom needed a little bit more attention as there was water leaking from the shower and sometimes unpleasant smell from the drainage.

Excellent service. I lost my phone in the taxi on my airport drop off to leave the country. The general manager Nermin went above and beyond to get the phone from the taxi and interface with DHL who has poor service to get it back in my hands in the USA. Thanks so much Nermin!

In the heart of Old Town. Comfortable and clean beds. Beautiful old decor. Staff is helpful. Parking is convenient. Driving down the narrow cobblestone pedestrian filled streets is doable. You might have to go the wrong way on a one way but it works well. Breakfast is beautiful. Everything is near by and walkable. Food, coffee, the harbour, shopping, sights. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular setting amid historical old city. Appreciating the cultural distinctions in Turkey, I still find it off putting when countless cats are roaming in the dining area. In fact, our first meal was interrupted by a cat fight under our table. Some effort should be made to control or limit where cats are wandering or living if is near food consumption areas. Also, bedding had a distinct musty odour and the towels could be replaced with new ones.

I chose Tuvana because of the high rating from the reviews. I noticed the few bad reviews but chose to ignore those and hoped for the best. All in all the hotel is okay but I won’t give it five stars. The rooms could do with a refurbish especially the bathrooms. The pool is small but good enough for the size of the hotel. They also don’t provide drinking water in the rooms. I unfortunately left a few items in the bathroom when we checked out. My next hotel helped me contact Tuvana immediately the day after to ask about the items left behind. They were mainly toiletries including an electric toothbrush plus my prescription glasses. I can easily replace some of the items but not the electric toothbrush and prescription glasses which were indispensable to me on the trip. But to my disappointment they said that they didn’t find any of the items except for the base of my electric toothbrush. I told them to ask the cleaner as I’m more than certain I left those items there - plus if they have the base of my electric toothbrush, what happened to the brush head?… It seems that someone decided to throw everything else and kept the item that had the most value. I would expect for a hotel to at least keep left behind items for a few days in case the guest contacts them instead of just disposing the items straightaway. Anyway, they sent me the toothbrush base but I had to pay for shipping.
