We had a wonderful week-long stay over Christmas. The house is exactly as pictured and is both comfortable and well-appointed. The location cannot be beat as it’s within walking distance to all points of interest. Just a note that the crib pictured is for newborns and not a standard size, as described (we were traveling w both a newborn and a toddler). Looking forward to returning to Annapolis soon!
We had an amazing stay. We had teens and grandparents with us. The ladies location and the parking space made enjoying the area so convenient. We definitely will book again in the future!
Excellent property- everything is super clean. There is plenty of room to spread out and furniture is super comfortable. The two parking spaces are a definite plus. We loved the porch swing and cozy back porch. The location is excellent- it’s an easy walk to explore Annapolis.

PERFECT BLEND OF LUXURY, LOCATION AND COMFORT
If you're looking for the perfect home base in Annapolis, this vacation home will not disappoint. It is definitely just a 10-minute walk from the U.S. Naval Academy (we probably walked back and forth 10-15 times) and only a couple of blocks from the harbor and the heart of historic Annapolis - restaurants, stores, Starbucks and delis were less than a five-minute walk away.
Inside, the home has been very thoughtfully and elegantly updated and is luxuriously warm and welcoming. We loved all the little coastal themed details and décor. I am a germaphobe and can attest that this place was spotless (linens, couches, floors, countertops…everything) and you can tell the host puts so much care into the space as soon as you walk through the door.
Seven to eight people can stay very comfortably and there are multiple gathering areas and lots of space for everyone to spread out. There is also a huge dining table for family dinners and board games. The street is quiet with no road noise and the couches and beds are super comfortable.
The kitchen is spacious with all the appliances and kitchen gadgets you would need to cook and serve a meal. There is also a grill outside (which, we never got to use this visit) and covered patio where you can also hang out.
Checking in: The instructions were clear and straightforward and we entered by punching in a code – was a breeze. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had.
Parking: We only used one of the two parking spots and we had no problem driving our minivan (Toyota Sienna) through the garage doors.
Wifi – Was superfast and reliable (our teen would have let us know the very first minute if there was an issue).
Overall, this home is the perfect blend of luxury, location, and comfort: Ideal for families or groups vacationing in Annapolis or visiting the Naval Academy or just looking for a great downtown location that is walking distance to everything and has parking. Highly recommend!
But the best testament we can give is that we have booked another stay here in August when we return for an event.
