Overall, the staff was friendly and the location was great for our visit. Free breakfast was adequate but always a nice option. However, the pet friendly rooms are in the basement. The first room we were given was musky - likely due to the proximity to the pool. The second room was better but very tired and dungeon-like. It almost feels like you’re being punished for bringing your dog with you. While we booked two queen beds, we were told that the only room that would accommodate us would have a king bed and a pullout. Not ideal, but we agreed. When we took the cushions off the couch to open it, it was filled with kibbles from a previous guest. The pullout itself was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping in the king bed with our 2 small children. Given the cost, we did not find this to be a good value. We’re not likely to stay here during future visits.

While staff was very polite and nice, the beds were rock hard to the point we left a few hours after check in because my pregnant wife could not lay down without being in pain. I’m usually fine when a more stiff bed but this was like laying a concrete. The room was poorly cleaned. Found pee stains around the toilet and trash can was not empty. I paid a mark up because of the ren fair happening and for 350 a night that was an absolute wait of money. I highly recommend not to stay here.

This was a convenient property for visiting the Naval Academy and historic Annapolis. The property seemed to be well taken care of. The breakfast was the usual breakfast area with a waffle maker, oatmeal, a hot serving dish of an egg product, a meat, and a potato product. Nothing fancy. The room was comfortable. I enjoyed that the shower had plenty of hot water. The TV had plenty of channel choice including HBO. The AC worked fine and didn't cut off in the middle of the night due to a sensor not being activated. What I didn't like was the three day policy regarding housekeeping. Maybe I missed that during the reservation or description of the hotel amenities. The indoor pool and separate hot water spa/whirlpool was also very nice. Yeah, I'd stay here again.

We booked the room with hot tub and fireplace as a mini vacation. We like this hotel for its standard rooms and use it often for work trips. We were only moderately impressed by the fancy room. The hot tub did work, was clean, and was nice. We couldn't get the fire place to turn on. And we weren't impressed by the pillows on the bed.

We were on the 4th floor and the elevator is broken, with no scheduled date for repair. Our first room had a disgusting smell, but the lady at the front desk quickly changed us to a different room. The hotel is run down and has definitely seen better days. Others in our party thought it was “fine”. This is our second time staying in this hotel and definitely feel it’s being a bit neglected.. we won’t return.
