Roof replacement going on during stay. No AC in room where breakfast was served due to AC being covered with tarp for roof replacement. Parking lot was a bit of a mess from old shingles. Staff was very good and friendly. Location was good.

It was construction going on. One of the nights I stayed they were out there after 9 o'clock pm and that's my bedtime lol! The breakfast was good. They had a very good selection. My room was clean, no issues. I would say that they should at least upgrade the tv's. Overall my stay was good.

Due to construction, the pool/hot tub was not available for our stay. Our intent was to use the facilities in between medical visits for therapy purposes. Throughout the listing, the pool was frequently highlighted, but there was no reference to non-availability. It was pointed out by the desk staff that the notification was listed in the POLICY section near the end of the listing. Lessons learned: read the ENTIRE listing and then call the hotel directly to verify the information is correct.

You all have some of the best staff ever. I liked the property so much that I’m planning my next trip to stay again already. My grandkids love the idea that we can just go downstairs to get breakfast and make your own waffles. Last but not least, the hot tub and swimming pool is on point.

Breakfast continental was typical. Like it, All front desk personnel were nice one stood out when she went above and beyond with our room accommodation . Another rep, not so much( forgot names) she was dismissive. 1st time in a Radisson. Not really liking country style . But was okay stay.
