We loved this hotel....everything about it!!! The staff was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. the room was clean and new and cozy. the restaurant downstairs was so convenient, and the location in the heart of Annapolis could not have been any better!!

Booked a deluxe king and was given two double beds. Not satisfied.

The hotel is nice and adequately serves the need for a night or two in Annapolis. The location works well for a nice walk to down town and Naval academy. The beds are super comfy!

Nice hotel, good location but the description that it is near everything is not true. It is in old Annapolis but a good few miles from the Bay and central square, no waterfront views

Stayed one night for our anniversary. Room was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to town.

Excellent! -The complimentary evening appetizers and morning breakfast was especially nice and sets this hotel above the rest in complimentary customer service. -All the staff I encountered were sincerely friendly and helpful at all times.

We stayed at this hotel because it was in close proximity to 49 West Coffeehouse, where we were going to see singer/songwriter Chris Trapper perform and have a surprise 80th birthday for my Dad ... the hotel was awesome the staff was extremely courteous and the room was lovely. The breakfast Sunday morning was delicious and while, at the time we arrived, they were lacking a few items, that was quickly rectified. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again. The Valet staff was superb as well !

Great Hotel for a short stay to experience all Annapolis has to offer.

We were a party of 20 staying at the Lowe's in Annapolis. The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. We enjoyed hanging out on the 6th floor terrace also. The location could not have been any better. We were all in town for a show at "The Ram's Head". which was only a 5 minute walk! Beautiful and quaint little city. We will return in the future and will definitely book another room at the Lowe's!!

great friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location, 5min walk to Ram's Head and other bars and restaurants

Nice arrival process, the lady who booked us in gave great recommendations on where to eat. The room was reasonably sized with good amenities. Was disappointed with the view of the indoor space which was being set up for Easter brunch. Really didn't feel like we had any natural light and had to close the curtains completely to have any privacy, heads up on that would have been appreciated. Called down to ask if the concierge could book a restaurant for us after looking up the recommendations and was met with a truly awkward employee who obviously did not want to make the reservation for us so told her not to bother and I would do it myself and she seemed happy about that. Apart from her all other staff were courteous and attentive, she let the side down. I would look for somewhere nearer the harbor next time as it was slightly further away than I had anticipated. Overall a nice stay...

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this quaint yet modern hotel in old town Annapolis. The staff went out of their way to make this day special with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! Room was clean with great view of trees that blocked the nearby buildings. Parking lot was very dark but I was with my husband.

I just loved the location of this hotel, just enough space from the hubbub, but close enough to take a walk. The hotel was beautiful.

Room service cleaned the room nicely but the ceiling had some mildew on it. Very dry in room caused sinus problems. Also, breakfast was included in package deal but only if eaten in someplace called the commodore lounge, I was not told that up front so I ate in the main dining area which caused some confusion and resulted in me paying for breakfast. Overall, nice hotel, comfortable and convenient to downtown but could use some work explaining the details upfront.

I can spend 85 dollars instead of 150 near the annapolis, but good location is always a good reason to higher the price double

The hotel is undergoing renovations that I'm sure when finished, will be beautiful. Currently, leaves a bit to be desired. I was, also a bit surprised to find dogs on every floor-love dogs but not barking at 5 am. The staff, however, was very accommodating.

My wife and I had an impromptu getaway to Annapolis. We found the Loews to be very comfortable. She loved the bed and other appointments in the room, which isn't always the case, believe me. The hotel's location is very convenient to the sights of Annapolis. Once your car is parked your feet probably can take you where you need to go. Free shuttles--tip to jitney driver at your discretion--were also available.

Loved the spacious, well-appointed rooms and responsive concierge service at the front desk. When my mother noticed a dirty bathroom sink, it was quickly cleaned and complementary wine and cheese delivered. Later, when the front desk staff learned it was her 88th birthday, she and two guests were invited to a delicious breakfast the next day. What a nice touch! Check-in was a little complicated by the valet service for the Annapolis Film Festival, but we managed.

The hotel is in a great location in Annapolis. Rooms were clean and the staff was attentive. However, for Annapolis the price seemed a little steep. I would have expected that price for NYC. Overall though a nice place.

Since we decided to pay for a decent place we expected a lot more. The hotel was under construction and had weddings and events the entire time that were loud. The room was in the front of the hotel so it was likely a little louder than others but it cost just as much. The biggest complaint is that the website where we booked it listed a pool as an amenity and there was no pool! We had booked thinking that it would be there...well not terribly impressed and definitely not worth the money.
