Angel Rocks Trail Vacation Packages

Basic, somewhat spartan rooms, but clean. Bathrooms were great, particularly the showers. Price was very reasonable for Alaska, and Talkeetna is too cute for words. Gets a little loud at night due to the bar downstairs, especially on karaoke night, but they do provide earplugs in the rooms. Overall, a much nicer place than I was expecting or willing to tolerate in the middle of Alaska.

The shuttle drivers are excellent & are efficient!! Perfect airport departure and arrival hotel.

We rented 2 rooms that connected in the middle and the kids had so much fun with that! They enjoyed the pool and we all loved the breakfast!! Of the 2 mornings we were there, one had yummy biscuits and gravy even!! However, the day we checked out, I had bed bug bites! I was the only one...oddly. I believe it was from the pillows, not the mattress. Anyway, they would not refund me for just one of the rooms...sadly. I wasn't going to post this, but I was sent an email asking for my review. Enjoy.

Nice large unit but smelled very heavily of smoke. Television reception was poor. Property was close to the airport and lots of dining options.
