TV didn’t work, hole in shower curtain, coffee maker downstairs is grimy, hot chocolate machine had no chocolate, the cup with coffee stirrers was filthy (in the lobby), room 211 was extremely stuffy - couldn’t open the windows to let fresh air in. There was no body wash. toilet paper rack broke off and you could still see where it broke originally and they replaced it somewhere else on the vanity sink, which also broke off. Gym door would not open - a staff member had to use her own key. Gym was not stocked with fresh towels, treadmill wasn’t working… there was a raisin stuck to the yoga mat for three days. A mountain of cigarette butts outside the front entrance inside a planter. Overall, our experience was below average. La Quinta in La Habra, CA should be the standard for ALL La Quinta’s.
