You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Your Home Away From Home

Cozy private bedroom with bath in the lower level of our home’s daylight basement. Access is through a side gate, down a short set of steps, and along a pathway to your private entrance. Please note—the walkway has a slight slope and may not be easily accessible for guests with limited mobility.

The bedroom features a queen-size with a memory foam mattress and adjustable base, plus a full-size sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests, allowing a maximum of 4 guests total. *A $25 /night booking fee will be added to your cost for each additional guest over 2 people.

A small kitchenette is provided for your convenience, equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, and complimentary coffee and tea. Please note there are no other cooking surfaces available.

Enjoy a Smart TV with internet access in the bedroom, free guest WiFi, and a private sauna to unwind at the end of the day. Guests also have use of a game room and lounge area, as well as direct access to the private backyard.

Our home is located in a peaceful residential cul-de-sac, close to the U-Med district, shopping, movie theaters, bike trails, parks, and Cheney Lake Park.

We share our home with one dog and one cat, but they do not have access to guest areas. The staircase to the upstairs is separated by curtains at both ends and a locked security gate behind the upstairs curtain for everyone’s peace of mind. The bedroom is located below our kitchen, so you may hear occasional kitchen activity, though we do our best to keep noise to a minimum.

We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay as comfortable, relaxing, and memorable as possible.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The memory foam bed provides a full night's sleep and the bathroom offers hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.

The check in and check out process was seamless. The location were great and the place was exceptionally clean. Kiddos really enjoyed the old school arcade games and we enjoyed a few games of pool. Close to restaurants and served as a good base for day trips from Anchorage. Would definitely stay again!

I was stationed in Anchorage from 1989-1993 and fell in love with the place. It was amazing to return over 30 years later. I'm still in love and will be back!The AB&B was exactly as advertised and we were invited to a Memorial day cook out by the hosts. They are great too.

Beautiful place in a wonderful, safe, neighborhood. Looks even better than the pictures. Huge space, yet still nice and cozy. Humongous bathroom with extra-large shower.
