Worse hotel of my entire life and never will visit again this hotel

Ancient, hard, squeaky bed; no air conditioning - had to keep windows open all night with lots of street noise, towels were stained, no bathmat or Kleenex or soap/conditioner for shower - only shampoo.

Love the bathroom and shower. Stayed during the summer and the room was hot and stuffy. Comfortable bed

I enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff. Unique decor. Good location.

We had to check out early for security purpose and the staff and the manager to this day has not given our refund for the days we never stayed I will not recommend staying here as the bathrooms are not safe from others to enter

The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I was looking for a private hotel in Anchorage that would fit my budget. I picked the right one. The staff were great, the room was great. I chose one with a balcony. The furniture was really eclectic. In the morning breakfast was presented at 7am and was available until 11am. It was a nice time to meet fellow guests. I had a great stay.

It was great. Very professional and unique. Definitely a home setting.

Dilapidated building, but the room was nice enough (and seemed to be somewhat remodeled compared to the hallway.) It was a very noisy room being on the main road side. The bathroom sink was actually in the room, not in the very small bathroom. The remodeled shower was a surprise.

I felt right at home here. It's like a little mini community. Very helpful,. Friendly staff.

This hotel is fine if you wish to just spend the night and move on. Don't recommend it for a longer stay. Everything seemed average about the hotel though the staff seemed nice.

Bad service, no one was at the front desk waited for two hours to check in.. dirty

1. Bath towels and toilet paper are not provided. You will be sharing a bathroom with the people that live on the property. 2. TV in room did not work. 3. No phone in room. 4. RECEPTION DESK/FRONT DESK IS CLOSED FROM 2 am to 10 am. 5. There is NO Emergency number to call in the middle of the night. 6. There are no phones anywhere (hallways etc)... 7. Building is locked in the middle of the night. Solo traveler to this Inn. Reserved the "POD" style room. Upon arrival at 1 am, my room was not ready. Was upgraded to a regular room with twin size bed at no extra charge. Was led outside and upstairs to the back of the building to my room. Key worked fine upon arrival. At 4 am I had to use the bathroom, grabbed my room key and went to use the bathroom. It was filthy and no toilet paper. Went back to my room, swiped key....nothing. swiped key again...nothing. I was locked out of my room. I had to be at a tour at 8:30 am in the morning and Front desk is closed until 10 am! It's a noisy place, residents are up and around all hours of the night (this worked in my favor). A female was very helpful, in trying to assist me and a couple of guys even let me use their phone to try to call the front desk (reception) but they do not have an answering machine/service or emergency contact number. The helpful female remembered that a maintenance manager lives ON SITE in the back in a TRAVEL CAMPER. She sent one of the guys down to wake the maintenance man up to assist

For me by myself it was fine and low cost. Internet was slow, tv great, staff nice and helpful. No frills place.

Pad rooms are so small that I'm surprised at their prices. Facilities are minimal.

Weird designs make for a very interesting stay. Newly remodeled rooms are nice! Staff is very helpful and friendly!

Not what I expected and pricey for the value. Almost deceptive, though I'm not sure if that was intended. The POD option was little more than a 3x7 with a bunk bed and a doggie door, so had to upgrade once I saw it. Amenities were terrible.

Dear Cathleen, It was a pleasure to have you staying with us. If we get the chance to see you again, perhaps we can find a room where the bed is a better fit. Thank you for reviewing us.
