The property was one of the cleanest and nicest places we have stayed in. You can tell they really thought of everything and made it easy to make ourselves at home. We appreciate being able to use the firepit and grill provided in such a beautifully maintained yard as well. I would highly reccommend this airbnb listing to anyone!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this gorgeous home in Anchorage. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning design and inviting atmosphere. Alaska Adventure

These downstairs unit is lovely, lots of natural light, spotless and spacious. Thoughtful attention has been given to every amenity. The host and hostess were so helpful and provided great ideas for restaurants and activities. We enjoyed a lovely evening around the fire pit with them where they provided warm blankets, a roaring fire and great company. An enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

Mercedes house was absolutely beautiful, accommodating, and very well equipped. It had everything we could've possibly needed and then some. She went beyond making sure that we had anything we needed ahead of time And she gave us Weather updates and check to make sure we had everything we needed to.

Wonderful First Alaska Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is just as described and very clean. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the black-out curtains. We enjoyed our time in this quiet neighborhood, and Mercedes was an excellent host.

Wonderful host, wonderful property

This was just an all around great experience for our family. Host was easy to communicate from booking all the way through the stay. She welcomed us personally into the property, and responses to every question and need immediately. The property is better than advertised. Great location to airport, activities, shopping. Clean inside and out, great outdoor landscaping, and plenty of indoor items for kitchen use, bathing, games, etc. would highly recommend staying here. This is a premium experience

Start to finish - everything was first class!!! Mercedes met us and personally walked us through her lovely home. First and most important - the home is VERY comfortable. The beds, linens, pillow were great. Secondly, The home was very clean. Probably the cleanest I have stayed in. Thirdly, Mercedes checks in after your first night to make sure all is going well. I have never stayed in a place where so much attention is paid to detail. The snacks were nice, the large TV fun for late night movies and the Kerug coffee pot was very nice and easy to work. Oh, I forgot, Mercedes is fantastic at providing advice on local sites, things to do and places to go. You won't find a better place to stay while visiting Anchorage. Thanks for everything Mercedes! We hope our paths will cross again. Diana & Dick H.

We had such a lovely stay at this home, which we used as a starting point before Denali and a cruise. Mercedes clearly thought of everything. It was one of the best homes that we have stayed at. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely return another time in Anchorage.

Run, don’t walk TO this AMAZING rental!

This is by far in the top 3 VRBO’s I have stayed in. Mercedes is absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The communication is impeccable and the details she sees to are top notch. Inside the rental you are going to find every detail you can think of; from comfy mattresses and bedding to every little thing you could need in the kitchen. The house is in a great location. Easy to get to downtown and if you have kids there is a park right at the end of the road. Uber was very easy in and out of the property and Mercedes even has a way for them to spot the house. Literally you can NOT go wrong at this wonderful spot. I almost don’t want to keep bragging because I want it all for myself the next time I visit Anchorage, but that wouldn’t really be fair to all of you who would be missing out on one of the absolute BEST rentals around! Thank you Mercedes!

Great property conveniently located

My wife and two kids stayed at this property for 2 nights. This house was spotless, filled with all sorts of modern conveniences, and had very comfortable beds. To top it all off the host was very gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend this home to stay in. I will stay here for my next Anchorage trip!

Quick Family of 5 Stay before departing Anchorage

Hosts were wonderful to communicate with before and during our families visit at their home. The house is supplied with everything you need (some items in small quantity, ie plates, cups, etc) though there is a dish washer with pods provided. For families to note, they have a nice yard with lovely flowers and sitting area and the property is located next to a city park that our children loved. Would recommend!

Even better than expected

It was our first time renting a property instead of a hotel. We saw the pictures and video of the property and it was even better than we expected. Our hostess was wonderful and made the whole process easy. She was very welcoming and thought of everything! The location is great, the home clean, cozy and has everything you need! We absolutely give our stay 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend to anyone visiting Anchorage. We are definitely staying here next vacation!
