Clean. Four plex (Not Condo) . Thin walls, could hear people upstairs using bathroom. Poor parking in winter, no handicap access.

I previously lived in Alaska and visit a few times a year for the hiking and food, and this has become my new go-to place to stay. The location is excellent, close to the airport and everything Anchorage has to offer. This is a basement unit but it is very cozy, especially with the fireplace, and the mattresses on both beds were incredibly comfortable. I slept better here than I have in a long time.The only minor downside is occasional noise from the pipes in the unit above. It didn’t bother me, but lighter sleepers may notice it.Overall, a great stay and I would absolutely book here again.
