Please Note:

- A guest suite with a separate entrance shares one wall with the home

- It is completely private — you will not share spaces with the other guests

- We kindly ask that you keep noise levels in mind to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone



Guest Info:

- Each registered guest receives 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth

- Yard & garden (front & backyard) maintenance occurs on Fridays

- Check-in: 4 PM or later

- Check-out: 10 AM

- Early check-in/late check-out may be available for an additional fee


House Rules:

- No pets allowed

- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes indoors (odor fee $300)

- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

- Only registered guests may stay overnight

- Bunk bed rules: no standing/jumping, top bunk max 300 lbs

- No bikes or scooters inside the house

- No third-party bookings

- No food or drinks in bedrooms

- No parties or events (violation = $1000 fine & immediate eviction)

- No professional photography or videography


Safety & Responsibility:

- Guests are responsible for reporting damages, missing items, or strong odors (extra fees may apply)

- We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages during your stay

- We recommend travel insurance for unexpected events

- Exterior security cameras are on-site for safety

- Please lock doors & windows and take normal safety precautions

- Treat the home with respect: clean up after yourself & honor checkout time so our cleaners can prepare for the next guests
