Check in was OK...front desk person was very busy having to answer phones, so took awhile. Hair dryer was missing from the room, dispensers (soap, shampoo, lotion) did not work. TV did not work...had to have staff come in and set it up. Staff vacuumed and ran carpet cleaner at 11:30 PM.! There were only 5 cars in parking lot so it was not like they needed to get rooms ready. Near train yard so very noisy early AM. Breakfast was OK. Will not stay there again.

Nice hotel in a very small town. Booked room through Orbitz, initially thought the rate was a little high ($113) but it turned out it was a king suite with jacuzzi tub. I felt like I got my money's worth. The room was very spacious, had a good selection of TV channels and the hotel was quiet. While I was in Alliance I drove by and looked at the other hotels listed on Expedia, I'm very satisfied with where we ended up staying.

Our check in was great. The woman on duty was efficient and friendly. Once in our room, the TV didn't work. She was the only person working, but she came and solved the problem. She definitely went above and beyond. The room was clean, but even though I booked for three adults, there was only towels for two. The room is dated and tired looking, as it is throughout the building. Swimming pool not working. One entry door not working. Morning staff didn't greet, smile or ask us how our room was. Very poor morale. They need more of the first person we met. She is a keeper! Breakfast, OK.

room was missing hair dryer when asked to supply one was told we would have to move to another room , used some coffee cups they were never replaced breakfast left a lot to be desired, asked for wake up call never got one was told that no message pass on to next shift. we set back more than an hour for that blunder.

This was an oasis in the middle of small town America. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Nothing will knock your socks off, but it's the best option in town.

The motel was great. I would recommend this motel to anyone. there is a great burger place is this town.

The place was dirty and smelled of smoke. There was no elevator, but the staff offered to take stuff upstairs. The whole hotel smelled odf smoke. The room was really bad. The curtains were torn and a cockroach was in the windowsiill. A couch that was at least 30 Years old and filthy as was the carpet. This is not a 3 star hotel, not even a one star. I left after checking in, but wss refunded.

Our experience was just fine at this hotel. We didn't have any problems, but it was definitely not the most comfortable hotel.

Even though we requested a non-smoking room we got a smoking room. They moved us to another room after we called the front desk. First room had used shampoo... EW! But the second room was just fine. In the morning we were surprised to see a fantastic breakfast that made me happy. They had great cable too. Good value.

We usually avoid privately owned hotels because they tend to be run down. But there's not much in Alliance so we booked here. What a surprise! After a 2-week road trip staying at a variety of chain hotels, the Alliance Hotel was the best! This is not a real fancy place, but they get all the basics right: the place was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms were in excellent condition. We especially liked the flat screen TV mounted on the wall so it was easy to see from the bed, and it had a nice center bar speaker mounted underneath it. Touches like that show the management is paying attention. During our trip we encountered several chain hotels that just couldn't get the little stuff right. This place does. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

We were on our way back home to Texas, and booked a room at this hotel. Everything was average, except the ants in the room. We didn't notice them when we checked in, but the next morning we noticed several ants at various places in the room. The staff was very courteous and nice. We would say this motel is very average, nothing special, but a good value for the money. Probably would not stay there again, and wouldn't recommend it, just because of the ants.

The staff were professional, the room was clean and plenty big enough. The water pressure was good and the hotel is conveniently located to my needs. Sure, the armchair was torn and worn out, the bedding and linens were not Egyptian cotton. But considering the Holiday Inn Express is the nicest hotel in town, this one is a fine second (at half the price). I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again.

It was a good location because it was by family

Hotel was clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the pool was being renovated and out of use. Great free breakfast and curtious employees. Good value for the cost.

We came to the hotel to stay one night. The room was ok, I was excited for the mini fridge and the microwave. The big chair in the room was broken before we got there. The pool was closed for rennovations which made the kids kind of sad. We were excited for the continental breakfast and it wasn't too bad but there were no waffles which made the kids sad.

Everything about our stay was great. Needless to say we had very dissappointed kids and not a lot to do with them being in such a small town with no pool or hot tub in our hotel. The manager there did upgrade our room to a family suite with no charge, so that made us feel like they at least cared to try to make things right.

This hotel was extremely clean, cozy, and up to date. The only complaint I have is the house keeping staff. The check out time is 11:00 AM, and I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. At 8:30 AM I had a knock on my door with a voice saying house keeping, and as I was getting my robe on to answer the door, they immediately opened the door, thankfully I had the door latch locked so they could only open the door a crack, then they quickly apologized and left. I was confused as to why they would try to enter when I had the sign up, AND it was a few hours away from check out time. Other than that, I give the over all experience a 9 out of 10.

This trip was for a business trip and I since been back for another business trip. The room was very clean, had a plasma TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Snack machines and ice machines close by. The Continental breakfast was great. The price was extremely resonable for the services offerred. I certainly will return to this DAys Inn as well as others while traveling.
