Okay place to stay a night, it was a midway stopover from Badlands to Denver. Kind of lonely place, staff was good. Room was comfortable to sleep in. It seemed safe enough but our chain for door was broken and not there, and toilet water kept running sometimes after we flushed so had to play around with it. Breakfast was good except some items were gone since it was available from 5am (we got there around 7am). My father likes rail so it was nice to see the diesel trains at the rail station nearby.

The exterior really needs some TLC. When walking my dog around, I noticed there is a large section of the room that is not shingled. The soffits are coming out or are completely gone on the back side. The exterior wall where the zonelines are located need painting or completely redone. The room was very comfortable and this will not detract from me staying there again.

Fine breakfast, convenient.

The property was clean and well decorated. It was a very comfortable room and I appreciate that the hotel has a workout room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Needed some assistance with the DirecTV and one member came in to reset the receiver. The room was clean and clean. The exterior needs some extreme work. The zonelines for many of the rooms lack a exterior cover, the window for our room was severely cracked and had packing tape to keep it together. It is a pet friendly hotel, however it would be great if pet-owners would clean up after their furry family members. I certainly do.

Staff was excellent! Room was comfortable and clean. Loved all the pillows! Bathroom needed a fan, so the walls were peeling from moisture. We've stayed here many years ago when the pool was running. It would be nice to just put in a rec area if the pool isn't going to be functioning. Just a suggestion-we'll be back though :)

For the price this is a great hotel. It is older and not in perfect shape but management clearly does the right thing. It is very quiet and clean. They advertise a breakfast and during the pandemic took precautions to wrap every item of food that was in a common place. There was an abundance of extras in the room like coffee and soap and towels. Did not have to ask for extras. Air was clean out of AC unit. Desk personnel were friendly. Ice machine worked. We really were happy with this compared to higher rated hotels we stayed in during this August 2020 trip.

Friendly staff at check in and checking out. Nice and quiet.

I liked the staff .................. they were really polite.

We rented two rooms. Our room was ok, but the second room was not acceptable. The room was dirty and the bedding had a tissue and a bug in the sheets. Also the sheets were of very poor quality. Very old and thin, almost like tissue paper. Also the tiny wafer thin hand and bath soap is useless.

We were skeptical about this hotel just by looking at the condition of the parking lot and the outside of the building. The shower head was not changeable, the towels were rough and dingy. Housekeeping did a poor job preparing our room for the second night. Coffee maker was not clean and no fresh coffee pods were left. The sink was not wiped down. We crossed this hotel off our list.

Check in was OK...front desk person was very busy having to answer phones, so took awhile. Hair dryer was missing from the room, dispensers (soap, shampoo, lotion) did not work. TV did not work...had to have staff come in and set it up. Staff vacuumed and ran carpet cleaner at 11:30 PM.! There were only 5 cars in parking lot so it was not like they needed to get rooms ready. Near train yard so very noisy early AM. Breakfast was OK. Will not stay there again.

Nice hotel in a very small town. Booked room through Orbitz, initially thought the rate was a little high ($113) but it turned out it was a king suite with jacuzzi tub. I felt like I got my money's worth. The room was very spacious, had a good selection of TV channels and the hotel was quiet. While I was in Alliance I drove by and looked at the other hotels listed on Expedia, I'm very satisfied with where we ended up staying.

Our check in was great. The woman on duty was efficient and friendly. Once in our room, the TV didn't work. She was the only person working, but she came and solved the problem. She definitely went above and beyond. The room was clean, but even though I booked for three adults, there was only towels for two. The room is dated and tired looking, as it is throughout the building. Swimming pool not working. One entry door not working. Morning staff didn't greet, smile or ask us how our room was. Very poor morale. They need more of the first person we met. She is a keeper! Breakfast, OK.

room was missing hair dryer when asked to supply one was told we would have to move to another room , used some coffee cups they were never replaced breakfast left a lot to be desired, asked for wake up call never got one was told that no message pass on to next shift. we set back more than an hour for that blunder.

This was an oasis in the middle of small town America. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Nothing will knock your socks off, but it's the best option in town.

The motel was great. I would recommend this motel to anyone. there is a great burger place is this town.

The place was dirty and smelled of smoke. There was no elevator, but the staff offered to take stuff upstairs. The whole hotel smelled odf smoke. The room was really bad. The curtains were torn and a cockroach was in the windowsiill. A couch that was at least 30 Years old and filthy as was the carpet. This is not a 3 star hotel, not even a one star. I left after checking in, but wss refunded.

Our experience was just fine at this hotel. We didn't have any problems, but it was definitely not the most comfortable hotel.

Even though we requested a non-smoking room we got a smoking room. They moved us to another room after we called the front desk. First room had used shampoo... EW! But the second room was just fine. In the morning we were surprised to see a fantastic breakfast that made me happy. They had great cable too. Good value.

We apologize for your experience. We check rooms everyday to ensure that the rooms are clean. Our soaps are pretty standard for hotels in this price range. Thank you for your feedback! We will work to improve in the areas that you mentioned. Thank you!
