This hotel is beautifully decorated and it looks very high end furnishings. Especially for Gering. The stay was verfy friendly and helpful. It was a great visit. Comfy bed. I will definitely stay here again.

First time staying at this property. I have to say it was very different. Probably would not stay here again. Staff was very nice but things could definitely be better! First of all I would like to say that the lobby and other areas in the hotel are very dark. Not something that you’d walk in and say “this place has awesome vibes”. It’s rather daunting. The rooms are the same way and are arranged oddly. We were supposed to get rooms next to each other however room 104 was all the way down the end of the hallway from room 103. The floors in the room were sticky and when I went to wipe it down I realized just how much dirt there was on the floor. I chose to wear my shoes when I walked around for the remainder of our stay. Although the beds were very comfortable there were visible stains on the side of what I believe was the boxspring. The front desk clerk raved about how good the muffins were in the morning for their grab and go breakfast and they were actually horrible! Just the prepackaged individual cheap muffins that you would buy at a Costco warehouse. The coffee was even worse. It pretty much just tasted like water. We were there for a celebration of life and so we had no choice but to stay since most of the hotels there and in Scottsbluff were booked up because of a wedding and our family celebration. Next time we will stick with the hotels we know.
