Thank you for staying at the Capri. I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have had here; the picture doesn't match the bed because we are currently putting in all new beds and that room has a new bed and set up. Am sorry about the AC but if you would have told me, we could have switched your room; this heat is making it hard to keep up. Bear with us as we continue making improvements. p.s. it's summertime and our doors all open to the outside so a fly may enter the room.
