Disappointed by the Lack of Cleanliness Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the lack of cleanliness. Upon entering my room, I noticed several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor. The bed linens appeared unwashed, and there was dust on the furniture and surfaces. I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially considering the importance of cleanliness in hospitality. It was disappointing to see such neglect in maintaining the rooms. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping standards for future guests. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Not worth what I paid

Tired property. Bed was seriously uncomfortable and worn flat. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom was good, but drains were slow, clogged.

I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inns and this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. The facilities are rundown, broken and dirty, both inside and out. I would not recommend staying at this particular Quality Inn.

That place is very nasty dirty. I do not recommend that hotel at all. The food was cold and not cooked all the way coffee was cold. They did not make fresh coffee. They tell you that the coffee was made at 4 o’clock in the morning. The bathroom downstairs for public did not have no toilet paper. We had to change rooms two times because the first one we got was filthy dirty. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It’s a zero. And the key don’t work with the doors.

Quality Inn - Scottsbluff, NE DO NOT STAY THERE!!! I checked in, then walked into my room and pretty much turned around and walked out within 2-5min! How disgustingly DIRTY everywhere and everything. I want a REFUND!! Beds even looked like someone had been hanging out laying on them previously. See Attached pictures.

We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we checked in, the people who run this hotel made us feel genuinely welcome. They’re incredibly friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. It really felt like they cared about us, not just as customers, but as people. The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it made our time away from home so enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back. Thanks again to the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable — we’ll definitely be returning!
