Telephone cord was broken, thus phone didn't work. Told staff and they didn't fix it. Both queen mattress's were shot, lumpy with depressions in each of them. PTAC heater worked blowing hot air, but the thermostat wouldn't change the temp. Ran on hot all night, and room was very hot an unmcomfortable. Turned it off, then room was completely cold and uncomfortable. PTAC unit needs maitenance or replaced, no adjusting the temp was available.

Coffee maker in room not working, notified front desk, told I can get coffee in lobby, she turned around and walked off.??? Need I say more? Breakfast subpar at best. I told myself I would never stay here again from the last time here, but having to pay for multiple rooms for family, and me being cheap; I relented. In all honesty next time I will absolutely bite the bullet and stay elsewhere.
