We are Joaquin and Marisa:
Enjoy your holidays and feel as if You Were at home. I will pick you up from the airport to take you to the apartment for free.
Lovely and new apartment 150 squared meters. Perfect place if you are looking for a center but quite location. Near Central Market, museums, best restaurants and shops. Next to public transport, 7 minutes walking from the beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom.
We will give you any information you need at check-in time.
I can help you in organizing activities such a winery tour, a visit to famous parks, shoes tour,... Just ask me for!
House Rules:
We wish you enjoy the apartment and take care of it.
Pets and parties are not allowed. The peace and quiet of neigbours must be respected.
Smoking is not allowed at the apartment. However, you can do it in the gallery.
We request to responsible consumption of electricity and water.

It will take you 30 minutes to reach the apartement from the airport, by taxi or bus; A bus public transport is available at the airport (3.85 euros): Go up to the second floor, take blue bus 6C line, and get off at the bus-stop called Mercado, in Alfonso X El Sabio Street, 75 meters far from the apartment,. I will be waiting for you at this bus stop.
Trip. Accommodation:
The apartment is in the heart of town, 50 mt far from the main streets Alfonso X and La Rambla, in a lively Neighbourhood. Modern, charming, with luxury items. Bedrooms are located in the back side of the apartment. There are no traffic and it is very quiet . The apartment is surrounded by Shops, central market, restaurants and entertaiment ..... everything is so close that you can walk everywhere with no need for a car.

Trip. Services and common parts:
The apartment is located in the second floor, with elevator. Full equipped and open-concept kitchen with all the household and small appliances (dishwasher machine). There is a water purification system, so you don't need to carry bottles of water. New memory foam matresses made of visco: You will sleep like never before !. Of course bed linen, towels, soap, champoo, iron and hairdryer are provided. A private car park close to the apartment makes a discount to our guests.

The neighborhood:
Quiet and lively Neighbourhood, 50 mt from main streets. Close to the Central Market (beer or wine to enjoy open-air), and just 7minutes to the beach and harbour area. Nearby you can find the famous Santa Bárbara castle , a place to visit and perfect for jogging. If you prefer nightlife, you can find "El Barrio" 3 minutes by walking , full of pubs and restaurants. And, of course, one of the best icecreams you can taste in Spain.

Getting around:
Although the best way to get around is on foot Alicante, there is Also a cheap, comfortable bus service in the city. Besides, in front of the apartment there is a Tram station, Which will take you to The nearest beaches and cities, as San Juan, Campello, Benidorm, Denia, ...

The website description needs updating. No possibility of free airport transfer. Despite host requesting info re. time of arrival we stood in the street, phoned them, waited until their daughter turned up. Some equipment didn't function, our teenager refused to shower as her cubicle had black mould. The flat itself was comfortably furnished. It wasn't bad, but not quite like it's description.

A fabulous family holiday apartment and location!

Marisa and Chimo were absolutely fantastic hosts. Their communication was excellent and so helpful. They made sure our arrival to the apartment was smooth and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped with very comfortable beds. Alicante is a fabulous place for a holiday. I highly recommend this property!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Apartment

Wir waren 6 erwachsene Personen und zwei Kinder im Alter von 3 und 10 Jahren. Die Wohnung liegt mittendrin in der Stadt, man kriegen trotzdem wenig von dem Straßenverkehr mit. Gleich nebendran gibt es einen kleinen Supermarket, wo man alles kaufen kann. Bis zum Strand sind das ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr groß und wir haben genug Platz für uns. Die Wohnung sieht in der Wirklichkeiten genauso, wie auf den Bildern aus. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und kümmern sich um alles. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Alicante Golf Trip 2024

Chimo and Marisa welcomed us on our arrival. Chimo gave us a tour of the apartment and made sure we understood how everything worked. He also helped us find some great cafe's and restaurants in the area. The apartment is in a perfect location if you wish to explore the city. We will definately think about booking again.

From the moment Marisa collected us from the airport we were made feel so welcome. Beautiful apartment so close to all amenities. Apartment was so clean and spacious and was well stocked on supplies. . Beach only a short walk away and really nice. A real choice of bars and restaurants close by also. We just had the best time in alicante and would highly recommend this apartment.

This place is amazing and the hosts are the best!

We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante at this property! It was our favorite property to visit and the hosts could not have been more gracious or more helpful!!! Highly recomend staying here! The beds are comfortable! And it has every amenity! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen too! It is near grocery store and several fruit & veggie shops. These hosts are truly amazing! You can see very clearly they take great care of the property and their guests!

The apartment was perfect. Perfect location to access bars, restaurants, supermarkets and short walk to the beach and harbour. Beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. Marisa was brilliant with communication beforehand and advising us when we arrived as well as arranging return transport back to the airport. “Wow, what a beautiful apartment! Safe to say one of the nicest apartments I have ever stayed in on my travels! So much space so you’re not all on top of each other, and a long hallway which would put any catwalk to shame!!! So clean and well presented and our host to meet us was amazing! Had lists of places we should go, maps of Alicante and lots of recommendations of where to eat! Fab location as it’s a 10/20 min walk from anywhere you want to go! This apartment was one of my favourite things about Alicante ❤️❤️ would 100000% recommend! 👍👍

Fabulous from start to finish! Marisa was a wonderful host, she went above and beyond! Thankyou! A beautiful apartment in a fab location. Some lovely Restaurants and cafes nearby, so much choice. The fabulous beach is just a 10 minute walk. Will definitely be back and would most definitely recommend!
