We had two rooms at this hotel. Very centrally located, so we could walk everywhere. Rooms were good size, quiet and bed slept great. TV stations are all in Spanish. Bathroom is nice and shower was great. The breakfast was really good. nice European style.
I stayed at the hotel with my 12 year old son for 5 days, 4 nights. I was recommended the hotel by my colleague and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The room is modern, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, all toiletries needed were supplied. A/C was included, as was a minibar. There were no tea and coffee making facilities, but this is standard in Spain. The staff were very friendly and attentive, although they spoke Little English, they ensured that they helped us. The hotel positioning is ideal for a family, close to the bus station, 10/5 minute walk through the local parks to the Marina, restaurants and beach. And 10 minutes to the shops. There is a roof top pool (not heated, so it’s can be very cold) with a few sun loungers and chairs. Drinks and food service available at the pool area too. And there is a seating area in he shade. I would highly recommend and I definitely be back soon.
hotel lobby is great and the ambience is good. room is spacious, bed & pillows are good to rest. bathroom is nice. long bench enuff for 2 luggages. NO BOILING KETTLES for those asking the same question as i do~ overall, thumbs up!
We stayed in this hotel during a weekend break in the city. The hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming. We booked breakfast and found it the usual fare but a good standard The hotel is centrally located and although close to a popular “nightlife area” was quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to explore the lovely city of Alicante
Alicante is a lovely place. It is famous for its long stretch of white sand beaches. This hotel is not located along the coast, but it is not very far from it either. The room is spacious and modern. It has everything that one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The bed is comfortable. Everything else is good. The breakfast is good too. However, the design of the hand basin seems to have placed too much emphasis on aesthetics at the expense of practicality—It is way too shallow. That’s a small issue though, but I would expect a good hotel to look after fine details as well. Anyway, I still recommend this hotel.
The room was clean with a double bed and a single. we needed two beds as i was overnight with a male friend and we were just friends. because of the room size it didn't leave much room to get around. the single bed wasn't the same height as the double so it was awkward to say the least. it was like the story of the 3 bears but in this case 2 (smile) i first agreed to be in the single, me being the smallest but it wasn't long an offer came to swap over and i wasn't gonna say no. it was the most uncomfortable bed you can imagine. once we swapped over though i had no complaints. the double was just right. Night turned to morning and we went down for breakfast. it did look more like a canteen than a restaurant but the food was a continental breakfast and was fine. The best part about our room was the mural on the full back wall. it was America landscape in black and white which was very tasteful. it was fine as an overnight there but i couldn't have stayed all week.
We have been 2 days in the hotel and I can say rooms and interior is modern and new. If you are lucky you might get a view to the sea but we get a room towards parking place. Nice small rooftop pool and lounge area. It was sun enough to use the sundeck. Very nice spa with jacuzzi. Bed queen size small I guess no more than 1.4 m width so difficult to sleep in 2. Pillows nice enough. One thing I didn't like was at the breakfast all the boiled eggs were old for a few days and not good selections. Also there was some scrambled eggs without taste and made definitely from powder and not really egg. Doesn't worth paying for a room with breakfast even if the breakfast area looks fantastic.
This is a lovely hotel at a convenient location. It is fairly close to the railway station and to the downtown shopping areas. It is easy to walk to restaurants and stores. Bus tours are also easily accessible. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is quite pleasant and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is all right. Overall, it is nice place to stay while visiting the south of Spain. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and enjoyed the experience.
Hotel was difficult to find as the entrance isn't obvious; it's set back in a square so not clear from the road. This information would have been useful. Staff were lovely; very helpful and friendly at check-in. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfy. However, it was a bit run down with the wallpaper peeling off the walls. The TV was very old (but it worked) and there was no drink making facilities. The bath was a good size but the shower was not great. Towels were nice and big. There was also a smell in the room as if someone had been smoking in it. I would probably stay here again but I'd want a better shower and a better room. There were also no decent restaurants nearby that we could find.
Really lovely hotel which left fizzy and chocolates in my room for my birthday. Modern decor in the bar and restaurant. Great for some winter training as we both compete and ran miles in either way along the seafront on a safe track. Alicante is a great place for chilling shopping and eating. Relaxed by pool but water freezing! Friendly staff and good service. Would recommend.
