started when I called the hotel to confirm my booking , been answered by a very friendly lady (Dalia) Front office which later she is the one who checked me in gave me a very nice room with view , (Nawal) from telephone operator with her warm welcomed Voice , and the House keeping attendant (Wala) who cleaned my room very well and what really amazed me she folded my clothes and kept them in a good shape and the guy who brought me the prayer mat house keeping attendant unfortunately I don't remember the name . Thank you all Moamen,
The staff was great , the lobby is a little old , the breakfast was wonderful , the room and the bathroom the balcony was very small. The location and the view is great. The overall experience was very good.
I don’t know how its awarded 5 stars by the ministry of tourism. The hotel is extremely old. Every thing in the room makes a squeek (especially the window). The hotel looks like we’re still in the 1980s (and not in a good way). Doors arent sound proof so be prepared to be woken up by kids in the corridors. Elevators are old and rusty. Attached is a photo of us waiting for the elevator in line as they are too slow!! It took us about 15 minutes waiting for the elevator for us to go down to breakfast and then we decided to take the stairs. Breakfast wasn’t well presented at all. Food looked cheap and not fresh. Not a 5 star breakfast at all. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Not happy at all with the vibes. No wonder we booked a cheap room (2200 EGP for 2 nights). We got what we paid for. Never going back again. Pay the extra bucks and go to helnan palestine.
Hotel is very tired and old, room are very small but clean. Food is below average. Staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is fascinating, direct on the Mediterranean. Internet is very slow, u cant even download a small pdf file without taking several minutes. Hotel is far from downtown but you can find a lot of transportation to reach there.
I like the hotel location, staff operation, smiles everywhere, and I like more that when I commented on something (was the water pressure) I found this visit that they fixed it. One more thing, when they made a mistake; they committed to their mistake and apologized. I love this place
Rooms are very small and not convenient location is excellent view from the balkon is facenating I was not satisfy by the behaviour at the reseption, restaurant is good ,room service and house keeping was good
I booked 05 nights stay in a club room, upon check-in, the WiFi was down in the whole hotel which was a shock to me as I depend entirely on it for my work, the hotel compensated me by two ways , one of them was to upgrade me to a junior suite, the WiFi was fixed after a couple of days. The club lounge was small but the food items were freshly backed & the staff was very friendly, I used to take the breakfast at the restaurant, good variety of food. Nice toilet amenities, but bathrobes are only available in suites.
Very attractive location. ..wonderful view... But rooms need for maintenance. ..food is average. ..nice hospitality ..swimming pool just for kids Room service is slightly slow Parking service is helpful
great view with great staff and very good open buffet , i like every thing in this hotel , maybe the only problem the rooms was very small , every thing else was very good and the beach was great , iam going again after 2 months
