I have been with my family to this place and here is my observations: The beach: is very unclean full of green disgusting stuff as well as jelly fish left in an annoying view on the beach The service: It is not just below average it is RUDE. They know nothing about service. Starting from the manager and to the rest of the stuff The reception is very poor and no air condition. Food: I left the place before trying it as I couldn't stand this low service and unclean place
it was a family vacation the room was pool view 1st floor Negatives: the room was so small no cattle available the air-condition was poor room phone was not working furniture is old the air-condition at the hotel lobby was not working during our stay days WIFI only available in the hotel lobby break fast was average positives: pool was nice beach was wonderful
Hotel need full renovation. Old rooms and furniture. Pool is quite old. Staff are helpful. Private parking area is very limited. Toilets have bad smell. Food is terrible. Rate is little bit high in compare to what you get . Overall the hotel approach certain category of guests. Do not expect 5 or 4 stars hotel service can consider as 2 or 3 stars .
Will start with positives :- fast check in Very nice location' just on the beach Good sandy beach. Massive nice pool. Very good trained polite staff Very nice beach club specially the music Negatives:- Ugly old.room bad furniture, ugly old.floor , worst bathroom I ve ever seen...rusted door.Nov and no lock...not value verses money at all! The main turn off is maintenance guys, and kitchen personnel going all day through the pool area carrying food remaining from breakfast back to central kitchen Very uncomfortable.feeling , .
Advantages: Good beach, moderate rate, relatively cheaper than others in Alexandria, good breakfast, free parking, clean, in Maamura area, existing pool, clean room, and I didn't observe problems, however i didn't have a long stay.
even the hotel mentions is 5 stars hotel it needs a lot of work to be 5 stars. the rooms are very clean, good size and with nice balcony. The AC works perfect, the bed and pillows were comfy. The hotel doesnt have lift, breakfast was just ok nothing special. The pool was big but it was outdoor and not heated. The hotels beach is nice but a lot of garbage around. To get inside the hotel area you have to pass for a check point and u have to pay 10 LE per person for first time. After that the hotel gives u a card to access the hotel everytime u go out of the area. Staff hotel are friendly but staff at the check point are very rude and impolite
Great value for money place, good location, relatively cheap and nice working staff. Almost all rooms provide stunning pool view and the beach is really marvelous. Two tips if you're planning to visit, #1) bring cash with you as in room dining, requests are paid immediately in cash not at check out. #2) try not to select a room near the kitchen as it will be loud noise late at night and it might not let you sleep well.
When travelling to Alexandria, Egypt, the options for a hotel tend to be potentially expensive for American chain hotels or potentially cheap for the local variety. So we decided to economise on a locally run hotel near the beach. We chose the Paradise Inn Beach Resort as it looked bright and cheerful and was incredibly good value for money at $43 USD a night for a room with a king size bed plus breakfast. The health club was "in maintenance" and we were advised to go to the Palestine Hotel 10 minutes away by taxi to enjoy that service. The hotel needs a coat of paint but on the whole, the hotel was quite attractive particularly near the reception area. The breakfast was okay although there was not too much to attract the Western tourist's palate. All local specialties, and it was all quite tasty. The beach was clean and very sandy in the water for at least 20 metres into the Mediterranean Sea. Hotel staff were friendly and their English was passable. Our balcony door would not shut and hence required some hotel maintenance. The food was good and the servings were large although the kitchen confessed to having only about half the options on the menu. Finally, the hotel was very good value for money, it was clean and the staff tried their best. Clean sea air revived our tired bodies and the waves could be heard 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, the hotel was far (45 minutes) from the tourist spots like the library and the citadel, yet the upside was that you were far from the traffic and pollution. For the price, the hotel was a good experience.
The hotel is average in everything. The worst thing was the cleanliness of the room, toilet, bed sheets and cover. It needs some investment to refurbish the hotel. The good thing about the hotel is the beach and the ambiance which is really relaxing.
The hotel still owes me the booking deposit which I made, 2 months ago. They do not respond to emails. Is this legal in Egypt? The hotel is an average tourist hotel, friendly staff. Food is average i guess. Location remote, quiet
