Its located directly on the beach in Agamy ,not very far from Borg El arab airport 15 min. max. in Alexandria, having a full panorama view of the mediterranean, very clean and having new furniture and appliances and it is new building 3 years old. Beautiful sun wide sea and fantastic white sand on the beach. Consisting of 2 bed rooms , the first one have a large queen bed , a wooden wardrobe with slide door and a large mirror with drawers , , the other room has also aslode wardrobe and two double large beds , bathroom with a hot tub, kitchen with gas oven, Electric 8kg washing machine ,Microwave and a electric heater, It also has a water filter installed on the faucet, and hot water is provided in both kitchen and bathroom, living room with T shape sitting area and it can be bed for two persons , also a wide screen 45'' and a satilight receiver for 2000 channels.A dinning table with six wooden seats abig cauch for three and also can be modifief to be modified as abed for one person. At last the half sircle terrace which has that magnifecant view with the sharcol grill and the tea table with four plastic chairs.
