I really liked how helpful the staff was. I didn't like the lack of overhead lighting in the room and that there was no explanation or directions for using the television. I wish there had been a place to sit down in the lobby other than tables. Also would have liked a computer available. the unit floor needed to be cleaned - dirty carpet. Mostly it was a positive experience. Didn't like that a book was stolen from the car during the night. We believe the car had been locked.

Room was great, just wish the bathroom was bigger. The lighting in the room needs to improve, especially outside bathroom by sink and coming into the room.

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and polite. I had back surgery in the morning, but my friend who drove me up here said the breakfast was very good. Slept well in the bed, perfect firmness and comfy pillows. Loved that we could adjust the room temp to our ideal sleep temperatures. Highly recommend.
