Check in was great with a very kind employee. Once in room, it was very damp and smelled very musty (like an old wet basement). This made it very hard to fall asleep. Also, or door would not latch all the way when closed and could be opened from the hallway side by simply pushing it open. We had to use both locks to ensure no one could open from outside. Since we were only there to sleep (less than 9 hours) we just dealt with it and left first thing in the morning. I will add however that the breakfast was great and the common areas of hotel were very tidy. Lastly, beds were very comfortable.

The furniture in the room looked like it had been beaten up, there were places where the paint was missing on the wall, the mirror was hung crooked, just seemed like the whole thing needed a makeover.

Bed was great, all hard flioorng throughout the room which was cold, and the new fire alarm system is very sensitive, the steam from the shower triggers it to go off 😂. Staff were great though.
